However, our only demand is that you remove the URL stated above, IMMEDIATELY.
You have 24 hours to remove our copyrighted material from your website, otherwise legal action will ensue.
1. CLAIM: You are using copyrighted information, which is against the law in all countries.
2. RESOLUTION: You have 24 hours from the timestamp of this email correspondence to remove our copyrighted material from your website; otherwise legal action will commence immediately.

I have communicated your concerns to Chuck Kolb asking his direction. If you take time to realize the purpose for Mr Kolb's articles are to enlighten not darken, maybe you would be a bit more reasonable in your stance. Mr Bernstein, I will remove this posting , but I ask several questions I need answers to. 1. You cite passages from the Torah and the Bible...Is that not plagiarism? Did you consult with the Lord prior to using His Words in your writings? As an Ordained Pastor with a DOM degree I have consulted with Him and obey his wished.
My disappointment is that you, and your total group issue a threat of legal actions for publicizing your work with such being meant to teach others about matters pertaining to Christian matters to enlighten our readers.

If you have just use one of the verses from my email I wouldn't have a problem with it that as you copy pasted my entire email and remove all references to us the organisation that created this article that becomes plagiarism.
You took full credit for the articles that you did not write and benefited from it and that is Stealing.
As you never approached us and asked us if you can use our material in any way and receive positive or negative response that is still plagiarism.
Please remove The articles from your website and consider this your final warning and will not hesitate to pursue legal action against you and your organisation and seek compensation for the full extent of the law.
