Assuming the Joker in the White House goes thru with this plan to destroy
America, the new House and Senate must work on a bill to prosecute those
who entered the US illegally whether or not they go the illegal amnesty and
green cards. A past crime is still on the books and amnesty cannot erase that.
Once a person has broken a law that was on the books, there needs to be a
mechanism to make that person pay regardless. The House and Senate can override
an executive order of this kind because it is illegal for the chief executive to
make legislation and this amnesty would be overriding existing legislation. That
puts it in the realm of legislation. The executive does not have this
authority.
The illegals still have to pay, up to and including deportation.
