1st EBOLA DEATH IN AMERICA - TAKE STEPS - KEEP HEALTHY

The 1st Ebola victim in Dallas, Duncan, died this afternoon... I'm listening to Mike Adams on Dave Hodges and they are speaking about if cities start being quarantined, people will not be able to get out to try and obtain food & water.  They are warning people to think about storing up supplies, find rural routes to get back to your home if you are caught away IF THIS HAPPENS.

Guess we need to be cautious and use common sense.

Build up immune function NOW....vit D.--Vit. C---stop suppressing your sys. by taking alot of medications----basil, rosemary, cloves, cinnamon----colloidal silver....eat right

Ebola spreads more easily in humid climates...cloudy days...get out in sunshine
