Congress can “fast track” monetary aid, that it borrows from China....or steals from Social Security to provide financial assistance to a rogue imposter Ukrainian government that the USA and the EU has been setting up over the past several years – and – it can’t spend one single red American penny on building the “wall” between Mexico and the USA to prevent the further intrusion and INVASION of illegal aliens, drug cartels and human smugglers into America – claiming that it is too expensive and the USA doesn’t have the money, etc., et al, BS!!
