So says, Harry Reid, but he's not the only one. Just last week, a Democrat Congressman actually threatened to pull the license of a television station for daring to air a commercial critical of ObamaCare.

Are We Living In The United States Of America Or The Old Soviet Union?
When Julie Boonstra, a Michigan resident who was diagnosed with leukemia five years ago, related the story of how she was kicked off her health care plan due to ObamaCare in a television ad, Congressman Gary Peters (D-MI) immediately unleashed his high powered lawyers on the television station to stop the ad.
Peters' legal counsel sent a not-so-veiled threat to the television station: "[Y]ou have an obligation 'to protect the public from false, misleading, or deceptive advertising.' ... Failure to prevent the airing of 'false and misleading advertising' may be probative of an underlying abdication of licensee responsibility' that can be cause for the loss of a station's license." [Emphasis Ours]
Incidentally, as Peters' attorneys also acknowledged in the letter, television stations are REQUIRED and COMPELLED to air ANY advertisement from a candidate for federal office whether it's true or false. It's hard to believe, but in the United States of America, political candidates have a "right to command the use of broadcast facilities."
Disgusting? ... Yes... Americans for Prosperity Michigan State Director Scott Hagerstrom said it best: "The fact that Representative Peters would sic his legal team on a Michigan mother battling cancer to muzzle her tells you everything you need to know..."
But disgust doesn't even begin to describe what's going on here. Let it sink in for just a moment. A United States Congressman, who has the "right" to COMPEL television stations to air ANYTHING he wants to say just attempted to muscle a media outlet and muzzle a defenseless cancer patient into silence for speaking the truth about her experiences under ObamaCare.
That's not just disgusting and reprehensible... That's TYRANNY and if a politician can try to muzzle Boonstra, do you believe that a politician will not do it to you at some point in the foreseeable future? What gives? Are we living in the United States of America or the Old Soviet Union?
Don't believe the lies of the state-run media. ObamaCare can be repealed if enough of us demand that it be repealed and that is the task that is before us NOW.

If You Say You're Being Hurt By ObamaCare... You're A Liar: Thus Sayeth Harry Reid.
Millions of people have already lost their health care coverage. Tens of millions (perhaps hundreds of millions) more will lose coverage; and millions more, like Julie Boonstra, have seen, or are about to see, the cost of their health care spike to unaffordable levels.
Moreover, what is not being reported is that doctors across the nation are already turning away patients over confusion as to whether are not they are participating physicians on the various exchanges.
What we've been saying for years is now an undisputable fact. You'll pay astronomical sums for less access to health care; and even Barack Obama finally acknowledged as much when he wiped his back-side with the Constitution and delayed the implementation of parts of ObamaCare until after the 2014 election.
So what is Harry Reid saying to the millions of hard-working, tax-paying citizens who claim they are facing financial ruin and the withholding of live-saving treatment: "All [these stories] are untrue, but they’re being told all over America."
After realizing his "error," Reid walked the statement back and claimed "the vast, vast majority of them are” lies.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-TN), in what can only be described as an exercise in understatement, accused Reid of "unacceptable rhetoric" but Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) came a little closer to the mark when he compared Reid to Russia's Vladmir Putin.
For the sake of truth, we'll take it bit further: What kind of animal would inflict suffering on millions of people and then call those who are suffering liars?
Reid's behavior is not delusional or "unacceptable rhetoric," it's tyrannical and once again begs the question: Are we living in the United States of America or the Old Soviet Union?
There's only one way to break the iron grip of this Gangster Government. There's only one way to ensure that we remain a free nation. ObamaCare must be repealed NOW.

Do You Honestly Believe That They'll Stop At Simply Calling You A Liar?
It's time to face some hard facts. Public officials who intentionally inflict pain upon millions of people and then have the audacity to call the millions of people who are suffering under the heel of their jack-booted thuggery liars, are capable of anything.
Public officials who attempt to abuse the power of the FCC to silence the media and abuse the power of the IRS to silence their political opposition aren't just LAWLESS... or CRIMINAL... they're TYRANTS.

"when" and not "if,"
how long should it take patriotic Americans to understand that the
putrid breath of tyranny is so close that we can feel it on our necks?
And how long will it take patriotic Americans to realize that ObamaCare was never about
"health care" ... that it was always meant
to be used as a tool to force us to live in chains... and
raw exercises of power by Barack Obama and his minions will only grow more brazen and more tyrannical if they remain unchecked?
Our nation is at a historical crossroads and it's time for each and every one of us to make a choice. You can either accept the tyranny of ObamaCare or you can choose to fight it.
The time for sitting on the sidelines in the Hallelujah Choir is at an end. You simply can't nod your head in agreement and convince yourself that you're a patriotic.
