Boehner: CBO Report Confirms Devastating Impact of ObamaCare on Jobs

WASHINGTON, DC -- House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) issued the following statement after the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released its latest budget & economic report: “For years, Republicans have said that the president’s health care law creates uncertainty for small businesses, hurts take-home pay, and makes it harder to invest in new workers.  The middle class is getting squeezed in this economy, and this CBO report confirms that ObamaCare is making it worse.  The report also confirms what the American people already know: further action is necessary to address the drivers of our debt.  While the president and his own party are ignoring these problems, Republicans are leading, and we will continue to offer common-sense solutions to grow our economy, rein in federal spending, and protect the American people from the consequences of ObamaCare.
