NSA slayer wants default against feds

An attorney suing the federal government over the
National Security Agency's spy programs says the Obama administration is
delaying and obstructing the court, and a default judgment against the
individual defendants would be an appropriate remedy. The case was
brought by attorney Larry Klayman in U.S. District Court in Washington over the
NSA's PRISM spy program that gathers details about the telephone calls and
contacts of innocent Americans. Citing the privacy provisions of the
U.S. Constitution, the case demands a halt to the violations along with
damages. Klayman's new motion "for entry of default" against
President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and others is based on the new
statement by the government that its answers are not on behalf of the defendants

Coca Cola has been on a major amnesty push for at least a year in the hopes that it can obtain cheap labor. And because its CEO Muhtar Kent is a Muslim who was raised in places like Iran and Indonesia, perhaps for even more sinister reasons. Regardless, this push makes it very clear that the Super Bowl ad was 100% political, designed to influence public opinion, propagandizing the people in favor of immigration ahead of the coming amnesty battle in congress. In the military, this is called a PSYOP (psychological operation). Muhtar is engaging in the amnesty war just like Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg is. And I’d be curious to know just how much of his salary and Coke’s profits go to Muslim “charities” that are really fronts for terrorist organizations, as most Muslim “charities” are. LINKS

FEBRUARY 20, 2014 A multibillion-dollar tax that President
Obama's health care law imposes on the insurance industry will be passed
onto consumers, according to a new study by American Action Forum, costing
individuals and families hundreds of dollars annually starting this
year. As one way of financing the $2 trillion cost
of expanding insurance coverage, Obamacare imposes a tax on the health
insurance industry, which is assessed to each insurer based on their share
of annual premiums collected by the industry.
But according to the study
by Robert Book of the center-right policy group American Action Forum,
"insurers will have to pass most of this tax along to policyholders in the
form of higher premiums, or possibly higher average out-of-pocket costs or

The Hollywood
elite are not only stealing from the poor of California, they are stealing
from the por of New York and numerous other States. Worse, these
billionaires are demanding higher sales taxes, corporate and income taxes,
while at the same time wanting tax incentives and tax credits to lower
their taxable income. Robert Downey Jr. earned$ 50 million last
year—does he need a tax break?
“As the
Center
on Budget and Policy Priorities reported back in 2010, states have been
collectively spending roughly $1.5 billion a year just on subsidies to
filmmakers. That’s roughly equivalent to “the salaries of 23,500 middle
school teachers, 26,600 firefighters, and 22,800 police patrol officers,”
according to the watchdog group.
Though shrouded
in the argot of helping the arts, many of these subsidies are not
