WHY AMERICA IS IN THE STATE IT IS TODAY

The Constitutional government of the United States has been overthrown, and the American people have been captured. The only question now is what are we, as true Americans believing that our Constitution is the one and only law of the land, going to do about it?

It’s now simply a matter of what the blow back from the tyranny being thrust upon us will look like, how or even if it will play out.

If you are looking for normal political solutions out of this legal, financial, moral and spiritual mess of a country, I believe that time has long passed. If you’re hope rests in a change with the midterm elections, go back to sleep or better yet, increase the dosage of your medication.

It is clearly evident by the actions and inaction of the spineless or compromised leaders in whom you’ve placed your hope and future, and the future of your children and grandchildren, that doing so again will change nothing. We are a captured operation, and partisan politics is nothing more than theater to divert your attention from the iron fist of tyranny that is about to change life as you know it.

1) Only in America could the rich people - who pay 86% of all income taxes - be accused of not paying their "fair share" by people who don't pay any income taxes at all!!!
2) Only in America could people claim that the government still discriminates against black Americans when they have a black President, a black Attorney General, and roughly 18% of the federal workforce is black while only 12% of the population is black
3) Only in America could they have had the two people most responsible for our tax code, Timothy Geithner, the head of the Treasury Department and Charles Rangel who once ran the Ways and Means Committee, BOTH turn out to be tax cheats who are in favor of higher taxes.

The United States Department of Homeland Security has stated a rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO (compatible with .223) with a magazine capacity of 30 rounds is “suitable for personal defense use in close quarters…”

Well smack me up-side the head. First, a hat tip to Breitbart’s Awr Hawkins who pointed us to a posted General Services Administration (GSA) business opportunity solicitation posted and updated last summer. Basically, the site posts a request for proposal (RFP) for personal defense weapons for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

This RFP is not for the traditional armed forces. This solicitation is specific to law enforcement who almost exclusively work within and along the borders of the United States. Certainly the threats ICE officers may be subject to are the same exact threats law-abiding residents could be subject to.

Section C of solicitation number HSCEMS-12-R-00011 is pretty specific. Here is a direct link to the Section C PDF (246KB). My emphasis in bold. Notice the term assault weapon or assault rifle is not used anywhere in the document.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived back in the Senate, after dodging a few falling safes, multiple banana peels and an ornery dog named Henry, to give a carefully prepared histrionic rant which can be summed up, “I do care a lot” and “None of this was my fault” and “What difference at this point does it make?”

The last isn’t a sarcastic restatement. It’s what she actually said.

It might make a difference to a Coptic Christian whose trailer was blamed by the leader of the free world for a series of Al Qaeda attacks against American diplomatic facilities and who was sent to prison on the orders of members of the administration.

So less than two weeks before the start of the 2013 legislative session we have a black Democrat city councilman, Ricki Barlow, telling a black Democrat state senator, Kelvin Atkinson, that a black Democrat assemblyman, Steven Brooks, allegedly made threatening statements about a white Democrat assemblywoman, Marilyn Kirkpatrick.
 
As bizarre as this story is, I’m just happy that it doesn’t involve a conservative, white, male Republican for a change!
 
At press time, the details of this only-in-Nevada tale are still seeping out, but here are some observations and questions…
 
Mr. Brooks appears to have been arrested on a he-said/he said/she-said complaint.  Nowhere yet have I seen any report claiming that Mr. Brooks actually issued a verifiable, specific threat of bodily, not political, harm directly to Mrs. Kirkpatrick. 
 
Now, I’m no lawyer, but I think that’s called “hearsay evidence.”

During her Senate testimony yesterday, when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton angrily blurted out, “What difference, at this point, does it make,” she told us a great deal about how this administration views the Benghazi disaster.

Sen. Ron Johnson repeatedly pressed Clinton for an answer as to why those evacuated from Benghazi weren’t immediately questioned by the administration as to what actually happened.

This was a fair question to ask, and it needed to be asked. Why indeed didn’t this happen?

Just as repeatedly, Clinton dodged answering, until she delivered this stunner: 

But, but, you know, with all due respect, the fact is, we have four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest, or was it because of guys out for a walk one night, who decided they’d go kill some Americans? What difference, at this point, does it make?

TO SURVIVE AS A NATION WE MUST TAKE A STAND

When the defense of liberty becomes a crime, tyranny is already in force. At that point, failure to defend liberty makes slavery a certainty.

For some time, there have been unsubstantiated reports of the Obama administration engaging in clandestine negotiations with China toward satisfying America’s debt to that nation via exchanges of land and resources. Such an arrangement would be illegal and treasonous of course, but given its deportment to date, that would not likely deter this administration.

Also, in the face of having trillions of dollars in debt called by China, and the economic catastrophe that would ensue, it is entirely possible that Obama might request and be granted some manner of dispensation from Congress to legitimize this pact.

This week, I presented substantiation to the aforementioned reports, much to the fear and consternation of most people who became apprised of this phenomenon. Referencing sources that have proven reliable in the past, I cited such things as Chinese military operatives engaging in clandestine “research” within U.S. borders, and assessments of land and resources having been conducted by China in recent years, all with the administration’s approval.

1.  Hillary’s irrelevant testimony, WMD intel and Matt Ryan

Matt Ryan is a generally competent NFL quarterback who has led my Atlanta Falcons to their best consecutive seasons’ run since he took over for Michael Vick five years ago. But I saw his two turnovers in the second half of their NFC Championship Game loss to the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday. No post-game news conference can change the fact of his responsibility (and those of other teammates) for the failure of his team to reach the Super Bowl.

What has this to do with Hillary Clinton’s testimony before the House Foreign Affairs and Senate Foreign Relations Committees today, much less the ancient story of false intel on WMD stockpiles in Iraq before our 2003 invasion? With respect to the latter, it is next to impossible to prove a negative, so that, especially after 9/11, a lack of intelligence identifying the presence of WMD in Iraq could not have outweighed the public behavior of Saddam Hussein consistent with the presence of such weapons coupled with the risk that he would use them again, as he had in the past.  . . . please click here for the rest of the post →
