ALERT: Judiciary Committee approves of anti-gun Judge Robert Wilkins! Take Action! Tell Senators to OPPOSE his confirmation!

On Thursday, the Senate Judiciary Committee nodded in favor of Judge Robert Leon Wilkins - Barack Obama's anti-gun nominee for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Wilkins, tapped by Obama in June, has historically stood against gun rights and against the Second Amendment.
As D.C. District Court judge, Wilkins last September decided that non-resident American citizens do not have the right to purchase firearms while in the United States in accord with the unconstitutional Gun Control Act of 1968. (Dearth v Holder, 2012)
Rather than striking down unconstitutional federal legislation, Wilkins' ruled against an American citizen's natural right to defense - protected by the Second and Ninth amendments.
Judges are to challenge unconstitutional laws and defend our natural rights, not do the opposite!
As the Senate Judiciary rubber-stamped Wilkins 10 to 8 last week, it is only a matter of time before the nominee faces a full U.S. Senate vote. We need to fax, message, and call our U.S. Senators right away demanding that they oppose the confirmation of Judge Wilkins to the D.C. Circuit's appellate court!

If history is a lesson, then the time for action is now.
When Judge Robert Wilkins was first picked by Obama in May of 2010 to head to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, he was confirmed unanimously on December 22nd of the same year.
We know that Senate liberals will push hard to seat Wilkins and his anti-gun agenda in what has been called the nation's second most important court - this is why it is so important that we make our voices heard loud and clear right now!
We need to demand Senators to block the Wilkins confirmation at every stage of the process - they must not only vote "no" on the simple up-or-down vote, but vote against closing the debate (60-vote threshold) before that happens.
Our right to "keep and bear arms" - protected in the Bill of Rights - "shall not be infringed!"
