GOVERNMENTAL WATER CONTROL CAN BE DEVASTATING

Submitted by: Joan Biz

The post below in the VC Star is the next step of the takeover of our water systems in America
This is a national event.

I will start by saying the plan is for the UN's plan through agenda 21 to control major resources.

Our funding of the UN (I believe probably about 70% of this tarantula. They fund NGO's to bring this about. So, "You guessed it"...water is one of those resources. Now, bring in convicted drug addict, Robert Kennedy Jr...As part of his probation, he was instructed to serve time helping in a "nonprofit" situation. He started a "moneymaking" venture which has the capacity to grow into a monster. His nonprofit is named “Waterkeepers”

Each franchise is approved through the main Waterkeepers in DC. You must go through a committee to be allowed to function through their oversight. You can start with as little as 2 people, and with only enough capital to start a nonprofit corporation. That is where Mati Waya (a pseudo name for a local Mexican that asked a Chumash leader to give him a tribal name) and start utilizing a subgroup of Waterkeepers, named Wishtoyo.

I believe they began their association in 2010. If I remember correctly, they started with about 12,000 in capital. In 2011, they showed 473,000 in revenue. That was earned on the backs of the City of Ventura, and also a local business. They filed a federally protected private lawsuit against these groups. Here is the link that shows how they did it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizen_suit To summarize it, they only have to claim that they were “harmed” by the group they sue. In the Ventura lawsuit, they brought the claims (I will also summarize) that Ventura has harmed the ancestors of Mati Waya for the way they are hurting the watershed and waterways. One lawsuit they filed about a year ago was against Magic Mountain.

They supposedly found a piece of trash with their name on it...(hmmm) in an area that might lead to a waterway that might lead to the ocean. So, they also were supposedly harming the Indian ancestors through their garbage possibly entering the waterway. To bring this around, the city of Ventura crumbled. I spoke at the council meetings where they finally discussed a settlement. It was $55,000,000 to settle.

The public really never were privy to the true reasons. I explained that the city was showing their weakness and asked them to get some cajones and not settle. They were scared to death, and settled. The thing is that when you get a Waterkeepers franchise, you have to allow them to use their big bad environmental lawyers from San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Little City attornies are scared to death. I said it would be worth for Ventura to spend a million dollars to fight them, since this was blackmail, and a blackmailer seldom goes away once you pay. I also said that the 55,000,000 (which included a couple hundred thousand for Wishtoyo) would actually end up being more like 100,000,000+. I ended up being correct.A while ago, I told the city (when Rick Cole was still there) that because we allow homeless to live in the river bottom on the west side of Ventura, that we would end up having another lawsuit filed against us by Waterkeepers.

I saw a video made by the Surfrider guy that was also associated with Waterkeepers, Santa Barbara. He showed garbage entering the ocean at that location. I told the Council and Rick Cole that they would plan a lawsuit against our city because the video was one of the first steps (warning the potential defendant of the future lawsuit) Well, that has now come to fruition. They are suing us for the detriment caused by the garbage entering the ocean, and the ocean stream taking the garbage up to Santa Barbara.
Part of the settlements include the fact that if the defendants don’t comply with all the parts of the settlement in the future, they can face huge fines. The oversight will be the Waterkeeper group (at a continued cost, of course). The residents in the areas where this happen will learn that their water usage will soon not be their own. If these groups determine that you should all have “ocean friendly gardens, and usage” it will soon be law.
We are already seeing the effects of residents having to fork out 20,000 for sewer lateral repair. And in one instance, the cause of the problem was actually the roots of the city’s trees.Another thing that will happen is a continued price increase of water bills. It is a wild ride that will happen in the city of Ventura, and all cities that are targeted by Waterkeepers USA.
