URGENT: Even as chairman of the House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa (R-CA) IGNORES the connection between Benghazi and Barack Obama's illegal arms-trafficking to Al Qaeda and its affiliates through the Middle East and North Africa, WE ARE MOVING FORWARD in this investigation – if only because of Barack Obama's OWN BLUNDERING!
During an Aug. 9 press conference at the White House on national security issues and other related matters, Obama dropped a bombshell revelation when asked why his administration is just now pressing charges against the Benghazi terror suspects eleven months after four Americans were murdered in the 9/11 anniversary attack: He let it be known there was a sealed indictment – something administration and intelligence officials have repeatedly refused to confirm.
We are also learning from an attorney for a Benghazi whistleblower, Joe DiGenova, that 400 surface-to-air (SAM) missiles were stolen from Benghazi! He says missiles were "diverted to Libya" and ended up being stolen and falling into "the hands of some very ugly people"!

Rand Paul back in February suggested that the motive for the attack "may have been that there was a gun running operation going on in Benghazi, leaving Libya and going to Turkey and [distributing] arms to the [Syrian] rebels."
IF the Obama administration and the CIA was so inept as to be running aircraft-destroying missiles to Al Qaeda and its regional affiliates, would that not explain their zipped lips pre- AND post-election?
MAKE NO MISTAKE: There are more questions emerging about what was really going on in Benghazi and in Washington BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the attack. Obama's cover-up "transparency" ruse on Benghazi justice is NOT GOOD ENOUGH! WE NEED H.R.36 and the Watergate-style select committee to get to the WHOLE TRUTH!
Under federal law, "no person may disclose [a sealed] indictment's existence," and a "knowing violation … may be punished as a contempt of court," ABC News reports.
Except that is, if said person is President of the United States!
According to Peter Zeidenberg, a former prosecutor in the Justice Department's Public Integrity Section:
"The [president], by virtue of his position, can't violate any non-disclosure/ confidentiality rule," he told ABC News. "One of the perks of being the head of the executive branch: Nothing he says is technically a leak. If he does it, it is authorized."
"[A]n argument could be made that a sealed matter can only be unsealed by a court," he added.
However, we aren't holding our breath that Obama's DOJ will be cooperating any time soon.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington and the DOJ are not talking while a White House official said Obama was only "referencing widely reported information and was not asked about, nor did he comment on any specific indictment."
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE'VE HEARD OF IT!
We must keep up the pressure on Congress to PASS H.R. 36 and FORCE BARACK OBAMA TO TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH ABOUT BENGHAZI –
THESE PIECEMEAL SCRAPS MEANT TO APPEASE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Obama and the CIA brass are frantically scrambling to contain the unraveling of the Benghazi cover up. But right now the Obama administration is poised to get CAUGHT IN THE ACT of covering up Benghazi.
No doubt as part of an administration-wide effort to keep the truth about Benghazi as far from daylight as possible, the Holder Department of Justice has now filed (as yet unspecified) charges against terrorist attack suspects, including Libyan militia leader Ahmed Khattalah, who was INTERVIEWED BY CNN EARLIER THIS MONTH!
One week after other CNN reports claimed "dozens" of CIA operatives were on the ground and being intimidated from talking publicly by bureau higher-ups, the CIA is also working on its own way out of the Benghazi pit of lies… the CIA director reportedly is now actively encouraging Benghazi survivors to testify before Congress.
This whole show of progress and transparency with Benghazi has a lot to do with current terror threats in the Middle East – you know, the kind that threaten to undermine Barack Obama's whole Ivory Tower of foreign policy pseudo-accomplishments in the region… such as having al Qaeda on the run!
Obama does NOT want anyone looking any deeper into Benghazi, so he's decided to play nice until the next big headline.
While it is clear that the Obama administration is actively smoothing over its Benghazi lies, it is equally clear that HIGH-INTENSITY PUBLIC PRESSURE is the key to forcing answers from the Obama elites.
THE COVER-UP MUST STOP.
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) issued two new subpoenas to the State Department for Benghazi documents while H.R. 36 author Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) is directly challenging House Speaker John Boehner for REFUSING TO BUDGE.
Wolf says Benghazi as reached its tipping point with "enough questions to meet the threshold" for the Watergate-style Select Committee – complete with PUBLIC HEARINGS – that he wants to establish with H.R. 36 because GOP "leadership" is FAILING these victims' families.
WHERE IS THE GOP "LEADERSHIP" TO GET H.R. 36 PASSED?
"They attacked our consulate, they killed an ambassador, a year has passed, and nobody has paid a price," Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said on CNN'S State of the Union. "After Benghazi, these al Qaeda types are really on steroids thinking we're weaker and they're stronger."
But then he proceeded to give Barack Obama a job well done on lessons-learned from Benghazi! WE GUESS THE LESSON WAS NOT TO STAND YOUR GROUND AND NEVER LEAVE A MAN BEHIND – IT WAS TO BURN YOUR INTELLIGENCE ASSETS, SHUT DOWN U.S. EMBASSIES AND CUT AND RUN!
AT LEAST THAT WAY MORE AMERICANS' AREN'T ABANDONED TO DIE WHILE BARACK OBAMA REHEARSES CHEEKY SPEECHES FOR CELEB-STUDDED FUNDRAISERS…
BECAUSE PRE-ELECTION INCUMBENT BARACK OBAMA WAS TOO BUSY LOOKING OUT FOR HIMSELF TO LOOK OUT FOR AMB. CHRIS STEVENS, SEAN SMITH, GLEN DOHERTY AND TYRONE WOODS!
THE TERRORISTS HAVE SEEN THAT OBAMA COULD CARE LESS ABOUT COMMITMENTS HE MAKES AND OUR DEFENDERS HE PUTS IN HARMS WAY – BUT THE DEATH KNELL FOR AMERICA WILL BE WHEN CONGRESS CARES AS LITTLE, AS WELL!
Even with such stunning news breaking about Benghazi as the recent CNN disclosures about the CIA and Ahmed Khattalah, Obama remains silent. No doubt narcissist Barack Obama just doesn't want to have to be bothered with a "negative" as he is cranking up for a gazillion dollar Martha's Vineyard summer vacation, and what will no doubt be an extravagant celebrity-studded birthday celebration.
Then again, this is the same President who would belittle the murder of four Americans under his watch as a trumped up 'phony' scandal!
But it gets worse still.
In addition to CNN's new information on the numerous CIA operatives on the ground, they also reported an unprecedented attempt at the CIA to KEEP THE TRUTH ABOUT BENGHAZI FROM EVER LEAKING OUT.
Some CIA operatives are even being subjected to MONTHLY POLYGRAPHS to find out whether or not anyone is talking to the media or cooperating with Congress.
THIS IS PURE CHICAGO-THUG STYLE INTIMIDATION OF BENGHAZI SURVIVORS!
H.Res. 36 author Rep. Frank Wolf – whose district coincidentally includes CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia – finds it ALL outright disturbing.
"I think it is a form of a cover-up, and I think it's an attempt to push it under the rug, and I think the American people are feeling the same way," said Wolf.
"We should have the people who were on the scene come in, testify under oath, do it publicly, and lay it out. And there really isn't any national security issue involved with regards to that," he said.
But he has yet to get House Speaker John Boehner to COOPERATE and bring H.Res. 36 to launch a Watergate-style probe up for a FLOOR VOTE!
Some sources are now saying that the Benghazi weapons operations being facilitated through the "not-a-consulate" were not just to destroy weapons Obama supplied to overthrow Qaddafi but to secretly REROUTE them to Syria… BUT WE ARE GETTING NO CLOSER TO THE TRUTH AND WE WON'T WITHOUT H.Res. 36!
With 162 Representatives already supporting H.Res. 36 – Rep. Jimmy Duncan (R-TN) added his name just yesterday – we need a mere 56 more when we have 235 TOTAL GOPers and plenty of pro-military sick-of-Obama Democrats among the remaining 200 or so House Members!
And that's not our only option. If 218 House members, a majority of the chamber, sign the discharge petition put forth by Rep. Steve Stockman, as encouraged with the signatures of 1000 Navy Seals and Special Operatives, H.Res. 36 would be recalled from committee where it is being held hostage by Boehner-ally Rep. Pete King (R-NY) and be considered on the floor… in another time, such action is rarely needed by the majority party – but that's not how Obama's RINO-infested Washington works!
Congress may be on recess but truth and justice for Benghazi cannot wait.
We need the answers and we need them now. Not just about Benghazi but about this whole administration's FOREIGN POLICY and the mess this gung-ho anti-American community organizer has got us into these past four and a half years!
We must blast our elected officials in their home districts and DEMAND THEIR SUPPORT FOR H.R. 36! We can hunt them at home AND bury their offices in Washington while they are gone so that Benghazi IS MADE A PRIORITY when they return…
WE MUST STAND WITH FRANK WOLF, STEVE STOCKMAN and RAND PAUL AND DEMAND CONGRESS BE RELENTLESS IN THE PURSUIT OF BENGHAZI TRUTH AND JUSTICE!
We can still rally the "bipartisan" support we need to KEEP DEMANDING ANSWERS AND JUSTICE, AND FINALLY WIN THEM, even if the White House flack, Press Secretary Jay Carney thinks he can just dismiss the abandonment and resultant MURDER of four Americans as "A PHONY SCANDAL" and "NOT A SCANDAL"; as something that "happened a long time ago" – and therefore, an irrelevant event.
A BICAMERAL SPECIAL SELECT COMMITTEE INVESTIGATION WITH FULL SUBPOENA AND DEPOSITION POWERS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY CONGRESS AT ONCE!
THE WHISTLEBLOWERS WITNESSES MUST BE PROTECTED AGAINST OBAMA ADMIN INTIMIDATION, THREATS AND PERSECUTION!
CONGRESS MUST COMMIT TO CONVICTING HILLARY CLINTON FOR PERJURY, AND INVESTIGATE HER FOR ABUSE OF SUBORDINATES UNDER COLOR OF AUTHORITY!
AND AN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY OF BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA MUST COMMENCE NOW!
We cannot allow Barack Obama and his media minions to distract Americans from seeking the truth that the nation, and the families of the Benghazi four – Amb. Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods – deserve.
With your faithful support, we will continue advocating for truth and justice, and working to hold Barack Obama and his administration accountable for the murder of our four patriot Americans lost in Benghazi.
