Hours
for American workers are being cut. Spouses are losing healthcare

you heard of the ObamaCare “death spiral”? In a very revealing
assessment of ObamaCare, CNSNews is reporting on a frightening new study
of how the President’s healthcare law will impact the economy…
“A
new study predicts that implementation of ObamaCare’s individual
mandate will result in a ‘death spiral’ for the program because it
incentivizes young people to skip purchasing health insurance in favor
of paying a penalty that leaves them better off financially.
Without
the young and healthy, the exchanges will enter a death spiral where
only the older and sicker participate and [the] price of insurance
premiums will increase precipitously.
Once
again, under ObamaCare, our seniors will be facing the biggest fallout
from ObamaCare. The Congressional Budget Office also predicts that, ‘Under Obamacare about 17 million seniors will face higher Medicare Part D premiums.’”

ObamaCare is killing America’s businesses, discouraging workers, and decimating the full-time workforce.
UPS
and the University of Virginia both recently announced to their
employees that they are no longer offering spousal coverage to those who
can obtain insurance elsewhere due to the rising costs associated with
ObamaCare.
The
UVA announcement said that their annual healthcare coverage costs under
ObamaCare were estimated to increase by $7.3 million.
The UPS benefit reduction will affect roughly 15,000 employees.
Several
national companies have already announced that they are cutting many
workers hours to below 30, which removes them from forced healthcare
coverage under ObamaCare. Many Wal-Mart stores, for instance, are only
hiring temporary workers because of the costs associated with
ObamaCare’s mandates.
A
July 2013 National Bureau of Economic Research study indicates that
ObamaCare will immediately force nearly 1 million Americans to work less
and go on welfare.
The
announcements of yet more employer cutbacks due to ObamaCare are
ruffling the feathers of lawmakers opposed to the unwanted law, who join
us in calling for ObamaCare to be “Delayed, Defunded and Defeated.”
Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio, and Congressman Mike Lee are leading the Capitol Hill charge to Defund ObamaCare. There is growing momentum behind this much-needed initiative.
