NORTH CAROLINA - ELECT GREG BRANNON TO THE U.S. SENATE AND UNSEAT A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT!
Dear Conservatives,
Political experts are calling Democrat Senator Kay Hagan one of the most vulnerable U.S. Senate incumbents in the nation.
That’s because hard-working North Carolinians have had ENOUGH of her marching in lock step with Barack Obama and his Big Government, big spending, pro-ObamaCare agenda.
But the only way to DEFEAT Senator Hagan is by grassroots conservatives like you uniting and electing one of our own to be the Republican Party nominee for U.S. Senate.
As you saw in November, establishment moderates up and down the ballot tanked on Election Day.
And where the Republican Party achieved the biggest success electorally is when conservatives rallied behind Tea Party candidates like Rand Paul, Mike Lee and Ted Cruz to be their Republican nominees for U.S. Senate.
In this race for U.S. Senate, I’m proud to say I am THE only REAL conservative candidate, and I’m running to put an end to business as usual in Washington.
As part of my campaign, I’m making a point to listen to the concerns of hard-working conservatives like you.
So won’t you please fill out the special “Conservative Priorities Survey” I've linked to later in this email and let me hear from you?
Like you, I believe that government should be limited, budgets should be balanced, and our God-given liberties should be protected.
Unfortunately, my opponent in the primary is the type of moderate the establishment circles the wagons around to maintain their death grip on the status quo.
Today I hope to earn your support for my campaign, but let me first take a few moments to tell you about my background and why I represent the only choice for grassroots conservatives.
My brother and I were raised by a single mother who instilled in us the virtues of faith, family and hard work.
Because of the standard she set, I was able to earn a scholarship and become the first member of my family to graduate college.
After school, my faith and commitment to protect innocent life at its most vulnerable stage led me to become an OB/GYN in Cary, North Carolina, where I’ve delivered over 9,000 beautiful babies.
Faith just didn’t inform and shape my professional life.
I’m a Charter Family and Board member of Cary Christian School, a leader in men’s Bible Study for over 14 years, and I’ve traveled the globe on Christian and medical missions in Africa and Central America.
My wife, Jody, and I have been married for over 25 years, and are the proud parents of seven children -- including three we adopted.
While I was supporting a family and making a difference in the lives of others, I realized there was another calling I had to answer.
You see, in 2009, like most of you, I was outraged.
The trillion dollar bailouts followed by another trillion dollars for Barack Obama’s failed stimulus program.
The socialist ObamaCare scheme.
Like many of you at the outset of the Tea Party movement, I was a citizen activist -- not a member of the professional political class -- but I knew I needed to fight back.
So I set out to travel the state and speak at scores of Tea Party rallies and conservative association meetings.
But while I was journeying across North Carolina fighting for our conservative values, my opponent entrenched himself in the Raleigh political establishment.
Unlike my opponent, I don’t believe “compromise” or “bipartisanship” is the way to build our Republican Party and defeat Kay Hagan in November.
After all, compromising on our core conservative principles is what created many of our problems in the first place.
But my opponent couldn’t disagree more.
He’s even used his leadership position in the State House to defeat Republican candidates in party primaries in favor of Democrats who switched parties or were part of his personal circle of political allies.
And in the past, he voted to provide Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood -- the nation’s largest provider of abortion.
Conservatives need a fighter.
Not another go-along-to-get-along politician.
If you agree, please fill out your "Conservative Priorities Survey" IMMEDIATELY.
If elected to be your next U.S. Senator, I pledge to:
*** Vote to defund and repeal ObamaCare. As a doctor, I understand the destruction this socialized medicine scheme will wreck on our economy and how it destroys our liberty;
*** Always vote for a balanced budget. I will never vote to raise the debt ceiling or for a budget where spending outpaces revenue;
*** Oppose any of the U.N. or Barack Obama supported gun grabs. Our rights to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. End of story;
*** Support the Life at Conception Act and oppose any of Barack Obama’s pro-abortion judicial nominees. Life must be protected from conception to natural death. No question. No compromise.
The conservative choice in this election could not be more clear.
My opponent is an establishment insider who believes he is entitled to North Carolina’s Senate seat, and he’s marching to Washington to cut deals that benefit his cronies.
I’m a 100% pro-life, 100% pro-gun, constitutional conservative and I’m a citizen servant asking for your vote so I can FIGHT Barack Obama.
But I need to know which fights you want your next Senator from North Carolina to take up.
That’s why I hope you’ll fill out your “Conservative Priorities Survey” right away.
The stakes for this election could not be higher.
Republicans are expected to maintain control of the House of Representatives.
And if Republicans win all the Senate seats held by Democrats in red states, you and I have a chance to defund ObamaCare.
But that won’t happen if we nominate another deal-making moderate candidate to take on Kay Hagan.
Instead of blasting Kay Hagan for her support for ObamaCare, Barack Obama’s gun control schemes and the explosion of taxes and federal spending, my opponent will spend the fall campaign explaining away all of his big government positions.
And as you and I saw in November, if the Republican candidate doesn’t offer a clear alternative to the Democrat, conservative voters will stay home.
I’m the only true conservative in this race.
And that means I’m the only candidate who can DEFEAT Kay Hagan in November.
You see, while my opponent is stuffing his campaign coffers with special-interest money, I’m the candidate of the grassroots.
My campaign team has a conservative voter mobilization plan consisting of email, direct mail, phone banking, online and social media ads -- and if we have the resources -- hard hitting TV and radio ads all designed to spread my conservative message to voters across the state.
This is a time-tested program that propelled Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee to victory over better-funded establishment moderates in their campaigns.
And North Carolina could be the next state that rocks the political establishment.
But conservatives will only taste victory if you generously support my campaign today.
So I ask that you fill out and return to me your “Conservative Priorities Survey” IMMEDIATELY.
And after you fill out your survey, please make your most generous personal contribution right away!
Political experts say every dollar raised now is worth as much as ten dollars down the road.
If you want more lawyers and career politicians, you’ve got plenty of choices -- including my primary opponent.
But if you want real reform and someone who will stand up for freedom against the overreaching federal government, then I need your help like never before.
So please fill out your “Conservative Priorities Survey” and agree to your most generous personal contribution of $500, $250, $100, $75, $50 -- or any amount you can afford -- right away.
Kay Hagan is the Senator for Barack Obama.
If you and I are going to DEFEAT her in the fall, it’s critical we choose a Republican nominee who grassroots conservatives cross the state can band together and rally behind.
Pastor Lee S, that’s why I hope I can count on you to fill out your “Conservative Priorities Survey” and please make a personal contribution of $500, $250, $100, $75, $50 -- or any amount you can afford.
I hope I have earned your support.
Sincerely,
Greg Brannon, MD
Republican Candidate
U.S. Senate
P.S. Democrat Senator Kay Hagan is one of the most vulnerable incumbents in the country.
Conservatives must rally around the true conservative candidate in the race if you and I have any hope of unseating her.
If you agree, won’t you please fill out your “Conservative Priorities Survey” so I can hear what issues are most important to grassroots conservatives?
After you fill out your survey, please make your most generous personal contribution of $500, $250, $100, $50 -- or whatever you can afford -- right away.
