Here's the scary part: These violent felons will probably never face deportation. As I reported before (http://laiglesforum.com/wanted-a-few-bad-men/98.htm), just for example, the York County Prison, about 1/3 of whose inmates are illegal alien felons, has an INS center on its northwest corner with the stated objective of assisting foreign nationals with their green card paper work.
This center was in place during the Bush administration and
probably before as well. I know because my wife was given the address as the
nearest INS help center and we used it to file papers related to an invitation
to our nieces and nephews who were orphaned.
There were denied the application but the felons housed there
are NEVER denied!
We are in major major doo-doo. It is one thing for a
government to be negligent, but quite another to deliberately
choose violent felons over applicants with legitimate reasons for
emigrating and with relatives who are willing and able to take care of
them.
Can you think of any worse perfidy?
But those who perpetrate these criminal policies will
eventually pay. The price is called unintended
consequences.

Why Are District Attorneys Around
The U.S. Letting Illegal Alien Murderers And DUI Killers Off With
Light, Plea-Bargained-Away Sentences?
by Dave Levine
We see it time and time again since
2008, since Obama and his minions took over our Federal government. D.A.s all
over the nation began giving light sentences to illegal alien murderers and DUI
killers.
Question: Why?
Answer: Political pressure from The
White House.
Why would those charged with trying
and convicting public menaces like these illegal alien killers want to treat
them with kid gloves?
Here's an example of just such a
case but it is not a unique case. It happens all the time.
Examiner.com reports that this
triple killer--drunk and out of control who ran a stop sign
and slammed his car he was driving illegally (illegals cannot legally drive
in PA) into another car, killing a pregnant woman-passenger and another
passenger--had a blood alcohol content of twice the legal
limit.
The Franklin County D.A. Matt Fogal
allowed Agustin Marcus-Marquez to plead guilty of vehicular manslaughter and to
get off with an 8-year sentence, meaning he'll be out in 4 years if he behaves
himself.
Why didn't D.A. Fogal throw the
book at Marcus-Marquez? Because Marcus-Marquez came up with $325,000 in
restitution for the murdered Americans' families? Or because of pressure "from
above"?
We'll never know, of course. But
illegal aliens getting off with light sentences following heinous crimes like
this is all too typical these days and light has to be shed on
this.
Without law and order, we have
anarchy.
Some More Questions: Why are
illegal aliens considered "special persons" to be treated differently (with
lighter charges and sentences) under the law? Isn't that
unconstitutional?
Inquiring minds want to
know.
Donald Hank Comments" Some of you will want to know what I mean by 'unintended consequences.' Here is a hint.
ReplyDeleteCA is the state with the most sanctuary cities in the US, that is cities that have a policy not to turn arrested illegal alien felons over to ICE for deportation.
It also has the largest number of bankrupt cities, most of which are either officially sanctuary cities or have unwritten policies of releasing felons onto the street after they have served their time in prison. This is hardly a coincidence.
With the major push in the Senate and Congress to amnesty all illegal aliens, even though many are felons, the entire US would become a sanctuary country. Like Spain and Greece used to be. Both are nearly bankrupt and reporting soaring unemployment. Dumpster diving is a favorite pastime.
The US ALREADY has huge unemployment if you count back in the people who quit looking for work. And yet, unlike Spain and Greece (which are now deporting aliens), our government is actually contemplating, in the midst of this near economic ruin, a policy that would surpass the percentage of aliens in Greece and Spain.
There is absolutely no way we will ever be able to sustain this open door policy--or our monetary policy either for that matter.
In Greece, the politicians who pushed for the foreign invasion that destroyed the country are persona non grata.
Imagine how our lefties and RINOs will fare once the SHTF.
