Dear Mr. ***** : Thank you
for contacting me about H.R. 75, the American Sovereignty Restoration Act of
2013. I appreciate your active participation in our legislative process. Your
involvement helps me more effectively represent you and the Eleventh District of
Illinois. The American Sovereignty
Restoration Act of 2013 would formally withdraw the United States from the U.N.
by repealing the United Nationals Participation Act of 1945. In addition, the
bill would prohibit Congress from appropriating any funds towards the U.N.,
prohibit any U.S. military participation in U.N. peacekeeping operations, and
prohibit the granting of diplomatic immunity for any U.N. officers or employees.
H.R. 75 was introduced by Representative Paul Broun (R-GA) on January 3rd,
2013. The bill
has been referred to the House
Committee on Foreign Affairs. While I do not sit on this committee,
please know that I will keep your thoughts in mind if I have the opportunity to
vote on this legislation.

I have been studying the transcript
of the recent New
York Times interview of President Barack Obama. It is a remarkable document—remarkable not for
the facts it contains, but for the way it reveals the mentalities of the
participants. Remarkable, too, in so far as
the transcript allows a curious reader to see, in detail, how journalism is
manufactured. Through a process of extraction, distillation, production,
transportation, and marketing no less sophisticated than the global supply chain
that brings Southeast Asian textiles to your neighborhood big-box store, a
rambling, snobbish, and platitudinous discussion between three well-compensated
Washingtonians is transformed into “news” stories such as “Obama Says Income Gap Is Fraying U.S.
Social Fabric,” “Obama Says He’ll Evaluate Pipeline
Project Depending on Pollution,”
and—in a brilliant but assuredly non-ironic instance of begging the
question—“Obama Intends to Let Health Care Law

know, our personal view on the related below is that we don't know if he is
"natural born citizen" , POTUS eligible or not...because he has yet to publicly
provide HIS OWN, ACTUAL, reportedly sealed and vaulted (at $5 million taxpayer
expense), VALID, RIGHTLY-CERTIFIED, ORIGINAL HAWAIIAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE. All
that's been "released" (and none by him) are two electronic images, one INVALID
(says so on the document) and the other NOT CERTIFIED as his "Original Hawaiian
Birth Certificate (plus the word "THE" in the "certification" is spelled "TXE".
And you can't go by what he says because he too did not witness his own birth or
conception. So how would he know?
The really unsaory part is that ALL
republican Congresscritters who were contacted by their constituents (thousands
at the least) to demand his Birth Certificate (as described above)
REFUSED.
