Ex-Diplomats Report New Benghazi Whistleblowers with Info Devastating to Clinton and Obama
More whistleblowers will emerge shortly in the escalating Benghazi scandal, according to two former U.S. diplomats who spoke with PJ Media Monday afternoon.
These whistleblowers, colleagues of the former diplomats, are currently securing legal counsel because they work in areas not fully protected by the Whistleblower law.

…Stevens’ mission in Benghazi, they will say, was to buy back Stinger missiles from al-Qaeda groups issued to them by the State Department, not by the CIA. Such a mission would usually be a CIA effort, but the intelligence agency had opposed the idea because of the high risk involved in arming “insurgents” with powerful weapons that endanger civilian aircraft.
Hillary Clinton still wanted to proceed because, in part, as one of the diplomats said, she wanted “to overthrow Gaddafi on the cheap.”
This left Stevens in the position of having to clean up the scandalous enterprise when it became clear that the “insurgents” actually were al-Qaeda – indeed, in the view of one of the diplomats, the same group that attacked the consulate and ended up killing Stevens. LINK

I will also remind readers that Ambassador Stevens was attacked, and eventually killed, just an hour after meeting with a representative of the Turkish government at the Benghazi compound. The same Turkish government that is deeply involved with both the Muslim Brotherhood and the ongoing conflict in Syria. The same Turkish government that has become very close with the Obama administration. The same Turkish government that Barack Obama just held a press conference with last week… -UM
Donald Hank: I am always leery of stories from anonymous sources, but the theory that the Libyan embassy was involved in gun running for rebels linked to Al Qaeda was floated early on. The first I heard it was from Glenn Beck. Since the administration still seems hell bent on supporting Al Qaeda linked rebels in Syria, I tend to believe this. It is the most plausible explanation for why an administration would deny assistance to an embassy under attack. It is interesting to note that Obama enjoys almost perfect immunity from much of his base, who continue to adulate him. Any other president would have been constrained to back off by now. Yet he brazenly presses on with his openly pro-terror policies, just barely deigning to deny and obfuscate. This is the most dangerous situation the US has ever been in. Don Hank
