Stockman specifically said: "If the president is allowed to suspend constitutional rights on his own personal whims, our free republic has effectively ceased to exist... I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment."

Don't Allow Yourself To Be Deceived.
But what happens when Congress DOESN'T overturn executive orders... REFUSES to overturn executive orders... or cowardly AVOIDS overturning an executive order? ... Well, that's the problem in a nutshell.

Contrast Biden's statement to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's duplicitous waffling when asked on "Meet The Press," whether or not he will entertain Obama's coming gun-grabbing proposals: "There will be plenty of time to take a look at their recommendations once they come forward."

When Barack Obama Said He Believes In The Second Amendment... He Lied.
He lied. And how do we know Barack Obama lied?
How do we know that Barack Obama, who has already circumvented the Constitution on far too many occasions to even mention, will try to circumvent Congress, yet again, to effectively eradicate the Second Amendment?
Do we even need to ask. Consider the following:
 Back in July, Barack Obama tried to get the United Nations to do his dirty work for him when he announced that he would sign a treasonous United Nations Treaty that would have allowed the UN and Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to restrict the right of American citizens to purchase, own or carry a firearm.In 2005, while in the U.S. Senate, Barack Obama voted against The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, legislation that would have prevented frivolous lawsuits from being filed against gun manufacturers when a gun is used in the commission of a crime.In 1996, then-State Senator Barack Obama told the Independent Voters of Illinois, a not-for-voter education organization, that he would support legislation to "ban the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns?" ... we're not just talking about so-called assault weapons... ALL HANDGUNS.After the Eric Holder Department of In-Justice walked thousands of firearms to criminal cartels south of the border during Operation Fast and Furious, the Daily Caller reported: "Emails from inside the Department of Justice appear to indicate Obama administration officials were plotting to use the consequences of Operation Fast and Furious to further a gun-control agenda. Sharyl Attkisson of CBS News reported Wednesday that the emails show agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) discussing how they would use Fast and Furious to 'argue for controversial new rules about gun sales.'"Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh chimed in as well: "Obama's attorney general is participating in a scheme to undermine gun laws, a scheme to undermine the Second Amendment. The attorney general of this country and the president are participating in a scheme to undermine the Constitution of the United States..."And right now, at this very moment, Barack Obama is "pimping" a horrendous tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut... not out of concern for the victims, but because, as Rahm Emanuel would say: You don't let a good crisis go to waste. |

But Just In Case You Don't Believe That Obama Has Made His Intentions Clear...
After Joe Biden's dog-and-pony meeting with pro-Second Amendment organizations, Politico (hardly a conservative publication) reported: "Biden gave the most detailed description so far of what his panel will propose... that there is broad consensus among those he has surveyed to require background checks on all gun purchases and to restrict the amount of ammunition that can be included in a gun magazine."
Connecticut Senator Senator Richard Blumenthal took the ammunition theme one step further: "Ammunition is now the black hole in gun violence prevention."
Recently, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said in a radio interview that "confiscation could be an option" and an Iowa Representative, Dan Muhlbauer, recently said: "Even if you have them [firearms], I think we need to start taking them."
Gun Owners of America (GOA) points out that proposed gun-control measures in Illinois would "ban more than 50% of the rifles and more than 80% of handguns" currently owned by people in Illinois.
And when you add it all up, what does it all mean? ... Gun Owners of America says it best:
