URGENT: This week marks the 40th memorial of Roe v. Wade, legislation that has since 1973 authorized the murder of 56 million babies killed in the womb, an state-sanctioned evil re-'anointed' by this administration in its First Amendment-violating healthcare overhaul that seeks to compel US to pay for murder despite conscientious objection.
TODAY – WE CAN MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD! WE MUST TAKE THE 'MARCH FOR LIFE' INDOORS, STRAIGHT INTO THE OFFICES OF OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS. WE MUST FLOOD THEIR OFFICES WITH OUR DEMANDS THAT THEY SUPPORT AND PASS H.R. 217 TO END TAXPAYER ABORTION FUNDING!
On January 22, the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Rep. Diane Black (R-TN), A NURSE with 40 years' experience, made her stand against abortion, lobbying Congress to ban all abortion providers from receiving any federal funds, including Planned Parenthood."Last year alone, more than one million babies were aborted in the U.S.," Black said on Jan. 4 when she reintroduced H.R. 217, the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act."One fourth of the more than one million abortions last year were administered by Planned Parenthood – America's largest abortion provider – and taxpayers unwittingly helped foot the bill."

H.R. 217 was first introduced two years ago by former Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN). It was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and it stayed there while more than two million babies were murdered under the politically correct banner of "women's rights" – but the actual intrinsic evil of child killing.
The bill's summary states:"Amends the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) from providing any federal family planning assistance to an entity unless the entity certifies that, during the period of such assistance, the entity will not perform, and will not provide any funds to any other entity that performs, an abortion."
If signed into law, H.R. 217 will SAVE LIVES by barring all Title X federal grants – our taxpayer dollars – from going to abortion-providing organizations, like Planned Parenthood.
Black, with more years' experience as a nurse than as a politician, addressed the pro-abortionist, Planned Parenthood outrages against innocent life, especially the lies that are argued regarding harm to "women's health":
"Now let me make clear, as a nurse for over 40 years, let me be clear on this, this bill would in no way limit access to women's health care – no way limit access to women's health care nor dollars to women's health care," Black said. "In fact, it would help women's health by ensuring that Title X federal grants go to organizations that are committed to using 100 percent of these taxpayer dollars for true women's health care. Abortion is not health care."
Nevertheless, we will still hear the same arguments that equate abortion rights – the brutal killing of an innocent life in the womb – as a human right, and as a woman's health care right, while ignoring the right to life of that infant as an unalienable right in and of itself. Planned Parenthood and its entire progressive feminist lobbying machine in Washington will continue to attack pro-life legislation and representatives as arcane or sexist when to preserve their own revenue stream of hundreds of millions in funding and grants from all levels of government ($542.4 million in 2012; $538.5 million in 2011 and $486.4 million in 2010), all the "women's health" organization would have to do is STOP MURDERING BABIES IN THE WOMB.
That's not to mention that federal funding is on the rise over the past three years as ABORTIONS PROVIDED HAVE INCREASED while Planned Parenthood's number of cancer screenings has dropped 29 percent, contraceptive services by 12 percent and they provide NO MAMMOGRAMS at all – despite the determined public relations campaign during the 2012 election to imply such services are dominant!
Then again, that's not the point – and it's much easier for this Godless killing Leviathan to simply cook the books to hide their ILLEGAL INDUSTRY of taxpayer-funded snuffing services. PLANNED PARENTHOOD PRINCIPALLY TRADES IN THE SLAUGHTER OF INNOCENTS! It does do on OUR taxpayer subsidies! America's so-called journalists AND OUR AGENDA-OBSESSED GOVERNMENT even lets Planned Parenthood get away with simply lying that while 98% of their services to pregnant women are abortion and one-third of its budget from taxpayer funding, not a dime goes to pay for abortion.
By passing H.R. 217, OUR elected officials can end much of the abortion industry, because let's face it – these vile baby-killing 'doctors' are in it for the money.
Today, as the March for Life goes largely uncovered by the pro-abortionist mainstream media, WE – the millions who can't travel to the nation's capital this year – are taking to the internet, to email, to the phones and faxes demanding Congress take IMMEDIATE action to protect babies from Barack Obama's lethal "women's rights" distortion that prioritizes convenience over the life of a child.
"On this 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we remember the 55 million babies who have been aborted and the millions of women and men whose lives have been directly impacted by abortion," Black said. "To stop the injustice of abortion we must strengthen our resolve to communicate the real impact of abortion. We must [use] education, we have to expand adoption opportunities, and prenatal care, as well as help to strengthen families and advance pro-life legislation.""We must press on with hope that one day we will live in a country where each and every life – born and unborn – is respected, valued and given the opportunity to pursue his or her dreams."
