“Every time you cut programs, you take away a person who has a vested interest in high taxes and you put him on the tax rolls and make him a taxpayer.”– Grover Norquist
Friend --
As the fiscal cliff “crisis” dragged on, Gumby Republicans in Congress started caving in. Indeed, it was only because of conservative activists like you who objected to GOP Speaker John Boehner’s “Plan B” that it was killed without a vote.
When conservatives speak up and stick together, we’re a powerful voice indeed!
And while the budget fight in Washington is far from over, it’s time to focus our attention on what’s about to take place in Carson City…
In just three weeks, the Legislature will be back in session…and it’s going to be more important than ever for you to watch your wallet!
The Left is already once again clamoring for higher taxes, more spending, tighter gun controls and leaving our public schools in the incapable, incompetent hands of the screw-the-kids teachers union.
In fact, in my column yesterday I noted the tax-hike fever that has infected so many politicians in Nevada despite our ongoing recession.
The tax-hikers are nothing if not relentless.
But with you by our side, Citizen Outreach will once again fight them … every … step … of… the … way.
Our goal is to block the Left’s agenda cold (including new efforts to infringe on gun rights!)…
…while offering conservative solutions to the problems caused by the very liberal tax-and-spend policies that got us into this mess in the first place.
And that includes holding the feet of Gumby Republican state legislators to the fire!
Won’t you please help us help you keep the powerful accountable by taking a moment to renew your support for our efforts to shape a better future for our children and grandchildren by making a quick $5 donation to Citizen Outreach today.
Thanks! Chuck Muth President Citizen Outreach
P.S. -- Watch this short 2-minute video of our friend Grover Norquist explaining why Republicans voting to raise taxes are like rat heads in a Coke bottle…and why it’sNOT a victimless crime.
