The episode, and surrounding events that took place in Madisonville, Tennessee on 20 April 2010 is the first in recent history where it is proven without question federal and state law enforcement agencies and officials worked together in close cooperation to stage a false crisis, attempted to set up an ambush targeting innocent civilians, and fabricated a false narrative so as to advance government tyranny aimed as destroying our U.S. Constitution and destroy America as we once knew it!
This all began with the TREASON complaint naming OBAMA in commission of TREASON! It all tracks back to OBAMA!
I'm down on my knees pleading with all of you to COME TOGETHER and WORK TOGETHER as that irresistible force that is ALTERNATIVE MEDIA and exploit information supplied here to it's fullest potential.
Pass the work to everyone you know in your particular areas of influence.
MEANS: THE FULL APPLICATION OF GOVERNMENT FORCE!
MOTIVE: This case is monumental to the FBI because it will set precedent for case law in future domestic terrorism cases throughout the United States.
There were other underlying motives as well!

Tennessee's 10th Judicial District Attorney General Steve Bebb testified under oath:
District Attorney Steve Bebb testified Friday that he was in Madisonville coordinating about 100 law officers that day, including some on downtown rooftops, in response to the expected turnout of extremists.
"It was the tensest day we ever had," Bebb testified.
Bebb said there were a lot of people he didn't know carrying guns.
"I saw one man loading a gun in the parking lot near the jail," he said.
FBI Special Agent Mark A. Van Balen swore out an affidavit where Van Balen said:
The agent said surveillance in Madison later that day found Huff and more than a dozen other individuals with openly displayed and concealed firearms outside the courthouse.
“Some of these persons gathered outside the courthouse appeared to be conducting surveillance on law enforcement officers, their vehicles and police observation posts, as well as the entrances to the court building,” the affidavit states

"Van Balen said in his sworn statement that surveillance in [Madisonville] “found Huff and more than a dozen other individuals with openly displayed and concealed firearms outside the courthouse. Some of these persons appeared to be conducting surveillance on law enforcement officers, their vehicles and police observation posts, as well as entrances to the court building.” (Link)

NOW: RETURNING TO THE MAN LOADING THE GUN IN THE PARKING LOT!
Bebb and Van Balen were working together on 20 April 2010.
Bebb and Van Balen want us to believe the fake scenario they set up. Bebb and Van Balen want outside observers to believe that Bebb and Van Balen expected a coordinated and armed attack on the city of Madisonville, TN, and a direct armed assault on the two Courthouses in Madisonville.
Bebb and Van Balen--working together--set up pole cameras in Madisonville the day before. The day before they caused shut down government buildings the next day (20 April). On 19 April, the day before they alerted and caused closure of nearby schools on 20 April. Bebb and Van Balen did the same with local banks. Bebb and Van Balen evacuated the local County Jail on the 20th. On the day before Bebb and Van Balen set up a "command post."
Now reflect upon this closely and carefully: After all these preparations were made, and on the day Bebb describes more troubling and tense than any Bebb had ever experienced, Bebb sees a man in a parking lot on 20 April 2010 LOADING A GUN!
I'm confident Bebb and Van Balen were standing next to each other in the "command post." So Bebb sees a guy in the parking lot loading a gun. Bebb turns to Van Balen and says, "hey, I see a guy out there loading a gun."
Then, neither Bebb nor Van Balen acted.
They did nothing!
And we all know that if Bebb really had seen a "Fitzpatrick supporter" in the parking lot loading a gun, that guy would have been covered in cops in nanoseconds!
I mean right now.
The guy in the parking lot would have been confronted the same way Darren Huff was confronted 14-miles away off Tennessee New Highway 68 (just exiting off I-75).
But today, neither Bebb nor Van Balen can even name the guy in the parking lot.
The "guy in the parking lot" doesn't exist! He never did!
Neither can Bebb nor Van Balen name any other of the at least 14 people they say they saw or personally knew to be packing a gun in the open or concealed.
Meanwhile, we have the muster sheet of 31 bodies, 28 names. See the two attached .pdf records!
No one on our list had a gun! NO ONE!!!!!

In closing: PLEASE--I'M BEGGNG--PASS TO EVERYONE IN YOUR CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE. THEN CONTINUE TO NETWORK SO AS TO BRING THIS PROMINENTLY CRUCIAL ISSUE TO THE FOREFRONT IN THE BACKDROP OF CURRENT EVENTS! UNITE AS AN ALTERNATIVE MEDIA IRRESISTIBLE, UNCONQUERABLE FORCE! FORM AND SWARM. AND WORK TO THIS EFFECT WITH THE SPEED OF HEAT!

ReplyDeleteI read Van Balen's Sworn Affidavit. It appears that Huff was being "observed" by the FBI for reasons that weren't quite clear in the Affidavit. However, it may be because he was a known member of an armed militia that have made inflammatory statements against the government. Or, it may be because he opened his mouth when he shouldn't. "Loose lips, sink ships."
Allegedly, according to Van Balen, at a traffic stop, Huff spilled his guts to a state patrol officer about being armed and ready to die for his cause, which evidently was to aid in your dismissal of arrest charges at trial on April 20, 2010 after you had been arrested on April 2nd for attempting a Citizen's Arrest on a Grand Jury Foreman. According to Van Balen's Affidavit, Huff told the officer he was carrying an AK-47 in his tool box. The patrol officer allegedly observed a .45 hand gun on Huff and ammunition clips. Why the state patrol officers gave him a warning ticket and let him go, is a big question. Why Huff was dumb enough to spill his guts to the patrol officer is even a bigger question. Why Huff told the Chase Bank Manager what he was going to do, borders on poor judgment at best and just being nuts at worst.
However, if any of Van Balen's Affidavit is true, the FBI had "reasonable suspicion" that violence was a distinct possibility at the event that was about to take place on April 20th and thus positioned agents on the scene.
But, if Van Balen's Affidavit is false and he fabricated the "reasonable suspicion" and the alleged "gun-loader", to take down a group of people who planned a peaceful protest on your behalf, then it is government enforcement over-reach on a criminal scale.
Unfortunately, I have nowhere near enough facts to render a judgment, other than your word that no guns were present, that the alleged "gun-loader" was a figment of Van Balen's imagination and the whole event was peaceful. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that Federal Law Enforcement Officials (FBI, ATF, etc) are more than capable of engaging in illegal acts to intimidate others from even thinking about challenging the government by any show of force, or to act to further a political agenda.
America has become a police state in many areas of human endeavor, including land use and environmental code violations, agricultural pursuits, food disbursement, gun control, drug enforcement and normal business operations (Gibson Guitars), where law enforcement sends in SWAT teams to intimidate and harass lawful American citizens. We are seeing it all across the country.
The problem is, knowing how to stop it. I'm not sure that filing treason charges against the President or making Citizen's Arrests, is the right way to go about it. But that, in your judgment, is the way you have chosen to go. It's gutsy, I'll say that.
In previous articles and videos, we have predicted that these events would happen as government continues to squeeze the people even harder with draconian regulations and the heavy-handed enforcement of those regulations.
Still, I applaud your courage to try and I especially thank you for your long service to this great country.
