Laughing Joe, Security, and Abortion I took a couple of things out of the debate last night. I found Vice Present Joe Biden’s behavior to be rude and condescending. You do not laugh and smirk and gesticulate at your debate partner. His performance out there reminded me of the Joker (the goofy Cesar Romero type).
