STOP UNIONS FROM DECIDING WHO THEIR MEMBERS SUPPORT!

Dear Conservatives,

Marginalization. Harassment. Retribution.

That's what teachers told the Associated Press they face if they refuse to toe the union-boss line and campaign to re-elect Barack Obama.

"Some interviewed said they were so worried about retribution from their colleagues that they wouldn't provide their names for publication," the AP reported.

And those workers are just the tip of the iceberg.

In a scientific survey conducted just before the midterm elections, 60 percent of rank-and-file union members said they believed Big Labor's record-breaking political spending blitz was a wasteful or unnecessary use of union dues and treasuries.

And with election season heating up, independent-minded workers from across the country may soon face threats or find themselves forced to support a radical political agenda they personally oppose.

Just last year, a Wisconsin teacher was bombarded with "negative and vicious emails and phone messages at school and on Facebook, including one suggesting she get protection," a local TV station reported.

Some militants even launched a "Fire Kristi" campaign because she dared to speak out in favor of Wisconsin's new government-sector Right to Work law
.

As union bosses unleash another billion dollar political spending blitz, I expect our offices to be flooded with calls from victimized workers.

In fact, the Foundation's #1 Priority this year is to file new legal actions to force union officials to abide by the law and to comply with prohibitions on collecting and using forced dues for politics and supporting Big Labor's candidates.

The Foundation has been a much-needed watchdog against the union bosses many times, including our FEC complaint against Service Employees International Union (SEIU) bosses for diverting $26 million in forced dues to its front group, America Coming Together (ACT).

That case ended with a massive $775,000 fine against ACT, the third largest fine in FEC history!

No other nationwide organization is poised to spring into action immediately to stop Big Labor's illegal use of forced-dues cash to advance its political agenda.

That's why I hope you'll consider chipping in with a tax-deductible contribution of $10 or more right away.

With so many challenges ahead of us, it is vital that we act immediately to stop Big Labor illegality.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. The Foundation relies completely on voluntary contributions from its supporters to provide free legal aid.
