Obama has used powers he does not have to rule by fiat. His gamble is that before all this can be litigated he will be in total control or unseated. He thinks his control is guaranteed by a Liberal Media and Progressive Liberal Democrats. He is unaware of the fact that his usefulness will fade and he will be nothing to his handlers!
