U.S. Soldiers murdered, Obama apologizes to the enemy (update)

UPDATE: FOUR U.S. TROOPS ARE NOW DEAD AND MORE INJURED AS OBAMA "APOLOGY" ONLY STIRS UP MORE VIOLENCE. SEE BELOW. Steve Elliott, Grassfire Nation   Conservatives, President Obams is apologizing for Ameirca... again. And it worsened over the weekend. Following the inadvertent burning of the Koran at a U.S. military base in Afghanistan on the same day we learned that two U.S. soldiers were killed by a Afghan National Army soldier, President Obama and his team unleashed a flood of apologies to Afghan and Muslim leaders. The apologies came from the President as well as Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Deputy Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter. Meanwhile, Muslim radicals who have willingly burned the American flag have taken to the streets shouting, "Death To America!' And the violence has only escalated and now four U.S. troops are dead and at least 7 injured with no end in sight. (See below for "Breaking News" link.) + + Krauthammer: Obama "embarassing" Fox News' Charles Krauthammer called the Obama apology "embarassing": "We have gone from apology here to abject self-debasement and groveling. And groveling to whom? To the mob. We should've had a single apology from the commander on the ground and that's it. Not from the Secretary of Defense. Not from the President, of all people."  Beyond the embarrassment is the weakening of America that takes place when our President over-apologizes to those who hate our country and burn our flag.  + + Citizens Say: "Stop Apologizing For America!" Instead of celebrating your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to meet common challenges, there have been times where America has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive." Standing on French soil -- where freedom was won and Hitler's national socialist regime turned back in large part because of the ultimate sacrifice of thousands of U.S. soldiers who are buried in that country -- Obama called us "arrogant".... As I noted above, Obama's latest apology was greeted with more rioting in the streets and refrains of "Death To America!" + + Obama lauds his Muslim upbringing, casts blame on U.S. for actions post-9/11 Then in July 2009, Obama toured the Middle East (without visiting Israel) and gave his major address on U.S.-Middle East relations in Cairo. During that speech, Obama lauded his own Muslim roots, referenced the "Holy Koran" and spoke of Islam as a "revealed" faith. He even featured a Muslim story that equates Mohammed with Moses and Jesus. Then, he addressed 9/11 in a way that gave credence to those who blame America for those tragic, unprovoked attacks, before throwing our nation under the bus for post-9/11 actions: "I am aware that some question or justify the events of 9/11," Obama said before apologizing for America: "The fear and anger that [9/11] provoked was understandable, but in some cases, it led us to act contrary to our ideals." Even in complimenting our nation, Obama goes on the attack. This from September 30 of last year: "This is a great, great country that had gotten a little soft and, you know, we didn't have that same competitive edge that we needed over the last couple of decades. We need to get back on track."  Obama even blamed our Founding Fathers for his inability to "implement" his agenda: "I have not been able to force Congress to implement every aspect of what I said in 2008…. It turns out that our founders designed a system that makes it more difficult to bring about change than I would like sometimes." On the same day we learned that two U.S. soldiers were killed by a man wearing an Afghan military uniform, Obama and his team roll out extended apologies for an accidental disposal of the Koran! + + Obama Apologies Weaken America Such apologies only serve to weaken our nation on the world stage and put our troops at risk -- which is precisely what is happening right now.
