Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution is not just an OPTION... it's REQUIREDand our founders did not place Article II, Section 4 into the Constitution to simply give Congress an "opportunity" to remove corrupt men from office.
When a civil office holder of the United States is corrupt, impeachment is Congress' duty and we will not let our elected officials simply shirk that duty.
It is all too clear that Holder has already committed "high Crimes and Misdemeanors." On May 3, 2011, in what has constituted a long line of stonewalls, Holder told Congress that he found out about Operation Fast and Furious only weeks earlier, back in April of 2011.
But the publication of formerly secret recordings clearly indicates that Holder knew about Operation Fast and Furious much earlier and the release of Justice Department memos and emails indicates that Holder knew about Operation Fast and Furious as early as July of 2010.
Lying during sworn testimony to Congress clearly falls under the umbrella of"high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
There can be little argument here; Congress already has amble cause (and an obligation) to initiate impeachment proceedings against Holder... it must be done!

But There's More... The Subterfuge Doesn't Stop With Stonewalling And Lies.
Why would our Justice Department facilitate the sale of thousands of firearms to traffickers and murderous cartels and then ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE federal law enforcement agents from tracking the weapons?
According to The Hill: "ATF agents said they were told to monitor the sale of thousands of guns in the Southwest with the hope of tracking them back to Mexican drug cartels and dismantling their trafficking networks. But agents were often told to abandon surveillance of the weapons, allowing them — and the straw buyers — to disappear, according to testimony from numerous agents before the House."
Congressman Paul Gosar of Arizona says: "We're talking about consequences of criminal activity, where we actually allowed guns to walk into the hands of criminals, where our livelihoods are at risk. When you facilitate that and a murder or a felony occurs, you're called an accessory. That means that there's criminal activity."
That's not negligence. That's not a "botched" sting operation. That's a conspiracy!
And just how deep is this rabbit hole? What are Holder and Obama trying to hide? Patriotic Americans want answers. Was Operation Fast and Furious purposefully "botched?" Was the real purpose behind Operation Fast and Furious, as BigGovernment.com put it, "to cause enough border chaos to incline Americans to clamor for more gun control, thereby opening the door for Obama’s anti-gun agenda to be unleashed"?
Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh says yes: "I'll put it that way: I am confident. ... don't doubt me on this. This was an attack on the Second Amendment. The purpose of this was to have it all go wrong, have American guns ... end up owned by Mexican drug lords. (Gasp!) We were supposed to be so appalled and outraged by that that the American people would clamor for gun control. That's what they were trying to do; nobody's gonna ever convince me otherwise. Nobody."

Remember Elian Gonzalez?
On April 19, 2000, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Elian could stay in the United States pending an asylum hearing in May. Wasting no time... on April 22nd, in spite of that court order, an armed SWAT team stormed the home of Elian's relatives and took the boy by force at gun-point.
Andrew Napolitano asked Holder, in light of the 11th Circuit's ruling, why he didn't obtain a court order to seize Elian. Holder replied: "We didn't need a court order."
Here's the exchange:
| Napolitano: Tell me, Mr. Holder, why did you not get a court order authorizing you to go in and get the boy? Holder: Because we didn't need a court order. INS can do this on its own. Napolitano: You know that a court order would have given you the cloak of respectability to have seized the boy. Holder: We didn't need an order. Napolitano: Then why did you ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for such an order if you didn't need one? Holder: [Silence] Napolitano: The fact is, for the first time in history you have taken a child from his residence at gunpoint to enforce your custody position, even though you did not have an order authorizing it. |
You read that right. It was truly a gotcha moment. They asked for an order and then (not so arbitrarily) decided they didn't need it. So much for respecting the rule of law.
The separation of powers enumerated in the Constitution is not a "courtesy"that the executive branch gives the other two branches of government... it's the highest law of the land; and those who violate it are unqualified to serve.

Remember The Marc Rich Pardon?
Andrew C. McCarthy exposed the whole sordid scam in National Review (January 21, 2009): “President Clinton had pardoned the fugitive financier on the recommendation of Holder, who was then deputy attorney general."
And Holder was buried up to his elbows in this sordid affair.
McCarthy again: "[Holder] tried to persuade the U.S. attorney in New York to meet with [Rich's attorney Jack] Quinn to discuss settling the fugitive’s case without jail time. When that didn’t work, he helped Quinn obtain a pardon for Rich—running interference so that prosecutors would not learn a pardon was under consideration—and conveyed to President Clinton that, as DOJ’s top spokesman, he favored clemency.”
But when the shenanigans came to light, Holder played fast and loose when asked about his level of involvement of the affair.
McCarthy yet again: "The only feeble response Holder could muster was that he didn’t really know much about Rich’s case and that, as Justice’s number two official, he was simply too busy to learn about it.”

The case against the Panthers was a slam dunk, but Eric Holder's Justice Department went out of its way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory... and dropped the suit against the Panthers AFTER the suit was already WON.
You read that right. They dropped the suit AFTER THE FACT. When asked for an explanation, a Justice Department spokesman simply said that "the facts and the law did not support pursuing the claims against three of the defendants.”
And of course, there's more still, but is there any need to go on.
