ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT GRANTED WORK PRIVILEGES IN JAIL SENTENCE

Conservatives in Wisconsin are outraged that a local judge granted work release privileges to an illegal immigrant completing an 11-month jail term for driving drunk in the wrong direction on an interstate. Among the top protestors of this ludicrous decision by the judge is Milwaukee CountySheriff David A. Clarke Jr. who, like us, cannot understand why an illegal immigrant was given a “bed and breakfast” jail sentence at the cost of taxpayers.

Rodruiguez-Benitez, 35, was pulled over with a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit after driving the wrong direction on an interstate causing an oncoming car to intentionally crash into the median wall to avoid a head-on collision. According to Benitez’s lawyer, his client has a “high degree” of character and education that makes the work release “appropriate.” Sheriff Clarke told his staff to contact U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and ask that the man be deported.
