ELECTION RIGGING BY COMPUTER PROGRAM NOT PROBABLE, BUT DEFINITE!!!

Software programmer, swears under Oath ....that elections have been 'rigged'.........will this be fixed before 2012 ???????????????  Should we go back to 'hand count' votes with volunteers to be 'sworn in' ?  ABOLISH ELECTRONIC VOTING SHOULD BE DEMANDED !
