If you saw our recent e-mails about Cincinnati Pride 2011, you would have to agree that our nation is in a crisis. Texas Governor Rick Perry has announced The Response: a call for prayer for a nation in crisis,inviting all who are able to go to Houston, Texas, to fast and pray for our nation.
The event is free and the stadium is air-conditioned. For more information about The Response and to register, go to www.theresponseusa.com.
If you cannot go to Houston, Response will be streamed live on AFA.net. If your church has big screen capabilities, we encourage you to stream this prayer event and invite others in your community to participate. Streaming of the event in Houston will begin at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. (central time).
If your church does not have big screen capabilities, we encourage you to host a Response prayer event in your church. Organize it to suit your local situation.
