Late last week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions told Republican leaders that he has commissioned a senior federal prosecutor to work outside of Washington to handle their concerns over the Clinton-FBI-Obama-DNC-FISA scandal. A.G. Sessions contends that a special counsel is warranted only in "extraordinary circumstances."
Representative Jim Jordan's response was on target during a Fox News interview:

This week, 9th Circuit Appeals Judge Stephen Reinhardt passed away unexpectedly.
He was first appointed to the bench by President Jimmy Carter and has been a liberal voice on the activist 9th Circuit for well over generation. He is the one who overturned California's ban on gay marriage and just in the past year, he has issued multiple immigration rulings against President Trump.
