Two items on Ukraine here which dovetail with each other. The first is a newsletter I receive in German (English translation usually follows in a few days. Link below). Here is the takeaway (my translation):
"Finally, corresponentes report that the number of violations of the cease fire agreement attributable to the[US-backed] Kiev troops is several times greater than the number attributable to the separatists [the groups in Novosorria -- ie, Lugansk and Donetsk]. "
