This is now the third separate reporting of a projectile allegedly hitting the windshield of the engine.  My previous briefings site the other two reports.  FBI has now been called into the alleged unidentified projectile contact prior to the actual wreck and derailment.  The engine windshield clearly shows signs of a projectile strike in multiples, and another train a day or two prior also is now reporting windshield strike.

Tennesseans are excited to see just how much, now that the state is officially part of the more than two dozen with abortion waiting periods. Under the new law, moms-to-be would have to visit the office for in-person counseling before returning two days later for the procedure. As part of that consultation, a doctor is required to tell them the age of their baby, the alternatives to abortion, and the risks of it. They'll also learn that if their infant survives the procedure, the medical staff will do everything they can to care for the child. Any doctor who fails to comply could face criminal charges and/or lose his license. For pro-lifers, Tennessee's move puts it just behind Oklahoma's new 72-hour waiting period -- with Florida and North Carolina next in line to enact similar laws.

SCOTT WALKER IS UNDER ATTACK BY OBAMA

Conservatives, President Obama and I met in 2010 soon after being elected Governor of Wisconsin. We enjoyed a friendly chat about football. He is an avid Bears fan and I am a diehard Packers fan so we quickly found an issue on which we both agreed: wanting to defeat the Vikings. That was the last time we agreed on something. Now that we are on the national stage and our proven conservative agenda is being held up in stark contrast to his failed liberal one, he is no longer quite so friendly to me. In fact, he is singling me out for attacks. Not attacks by proxy, either. The President of the United States is actively and personally attacking a Governor. We are not running against each other and yet he continues to slam me with attack after attack. Either he is still bitter about the Packers defeating the Bears for the NFC Championship in 2011 or what we are doing in Wisconsin is working ... and could work for America.
