AMMO Act would limit DHS Bullet Purchases
The Department of Homeland Security is looking for more ammunition. That’s right; on May 1, the DHS placed a purchase order for “reduced hazard training ammunition,” or “frangible” ammunition. The Department outlined their interest in wanting to order these rounds in over a dozen calibers for use in a variety of different weapons, namely handguns and shotguns. Included in the solicitation is a lengthy “questionnaire,” where the DHS asks the manufacturer questions like: 15. Are you capable of producing large quantity orders of any training caliber specified with a short turnaround time of 30-60 days? 16. What would your lead time be for an order of 2 million rounds of a single type listed above? ...

SEN RAND PAUL SEEKS SUPPORT TO STOP THE MURDER OF BABIES! SIGN THE PETITION HERE!

Dear Friend,

For 39 years, nine unelected men and women on the Supreme Court have played God with innocent human life.

They have invented laws that condemned to painful deaths without trial more than 56 million babies for the crime of being "inconvenient."

In 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade ruling forced abortion-on-demand down our nation's throat.

In the past, many in the pro-life movement have felt limited to protecting a life here and there -- passing some limited law to slightly control abortion in the more outrageous cases.

But some pro-lifers always seem to tiptoe around the Supreme Court, hoping they won't be offended.

Now the time to grovel before the Supreme Court is over.

Working from what the Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade, pro-life lawmakers can pass a Life at Conception Act and end abortion using the Constitution instead of amending it.

HILLARY CAUGHT IN HER OWN 'WEB OF LIES'

BREAKING NEWS: STATE DEPT OFFICIAL REVEALS CLINTON INTERFERED WITH BENGHAZI INVESTIGATION

State Department officials have been coming forward in recent weeks, telling Congress some disturbing details about what could have been done to respond to the terrorist attack on our diplomats in Benghazi. These facts reveal a number of lies told by the administration

State Department official Gregory Hicks revealed that U.S. Special Ops forces were told to stand down despite the fact that they were ready to go into Benghazi with time to save Ambassador Chris Stevens and his fellow diplomats. Hicks also revealed that he was instructed by Clinton's Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills not to cooperate with the investigation led by U.S. Rep. Chaffetz while in Libya.

WE MUST DISBAND THESE TERRORIST TRAINING CAMPS IMMEDIATELY!

Investigator describes setup as infrastructure for attack

One of the investigators who worked on a report about terror training camps operating inside the United States describes the network as no more or less than an infrastructure for attack.

WND previously reported on a documentary called"Homegrown Jihad: Terrorist Training Camps Around the U.S.," and how it offers evidence that "Muslims of America" operates a series of training camps in the U.S.

Jason Campbell is project manager for the Christian Action Network, which was behind the training camps investigation.

He described for WND some of his visits to the camps, which have been located in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma Michigan, Colorado, California and Washington.

CBS NEWS FINALLY WAKES UP TO BENGHAZI!

CBS News Confirms that Obama Administration Covered-up Benghazi

Just days after the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, Secure America Now created a video, "The Truth About Libya: Failed Foreign Policy" – the first of its kind after the tragedy, which held the U.S. government responsible for the deaths of Ambassador Stevens and three brave Americans.
Last week, the Weekly Standard obtained a timeline briefed by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence – documented evidence that the talking points used by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice were heavily edited by senior members of the Obama administration to hide the role of Al Qaeda in the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya on the evening of Sep. 11, 2012.

THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION MUST COME CLEAN AND FACE UP TO THEIR BENGHAZI NON-ACTIONS

ALERT: The House and Senate MUST establish a Joint Select Committee to investigate the Benghazi terror attacksTake Action and Fax Congress DEMANDING a Joint Investigation!

Conservative American,

Today the Whistleblowers will be heard as Rep. Darrell Issa resumes the investigation into the Benghazi terror attacks that took place on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, a body chaired by Rep. Issa, will be hearing testimonies from Gregory Hicks and Mark I. Thompson - the former a U.S. Diplomat to Libya and the second a deputy coordinator for the State Department's Bureau of Counterterrorism

While many of us anticipate that today's House Oversight meeting will provide more answers as to what actually happened on 9/11 last year, we know that we are far from having all the details that we need and deserve

It has already been over eight months since the attack and we only have a portion of the truth, despite the hard and necessary efforts of the House's Armed Services Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee, Judiciary Committee, and Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Simply put, we need more than 43 pages of investigative analysis that these House committees jointly released on April 23.

STOP ALL FORMS OF GUN CONTROL! CONTACT SEN DEAN HELLER TODAY!

Dear Conservatives,
I've got very disturbing news.

Vice President Joe Biden is proclaiming that President Obama's gun-control agenda "WILL pass before the year is out, within this Congress."

That's right, the gun-grabbers are beating the war drum again
...
This time YOUR U.S. Senator, Dean Heller, is showing signs that he's willing to dance to their tune.

We've been warning you that the situation in Washington is very shaky.

Anti-gun Senator Joe Manchin, President Obama, and billionaire-playboy New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg are hell-bent on getting another vote on gun control.

And they're willing to twist as many arms as it takes, and offer pay-offs in order to scrounge together just a few more votes to make it happen.

ONLY ONE INTERNET TAX CHAMP IN ALL OF CARSON CITY

Turns out there’s only ONE Republican in the entire Nevada Legislature who got the Internet tax issue (SJR5) correct.  Every other Republican (along with every Democrat, but that was a given) voted to empower and force out-of-state companies to suck “use” taxes out of YOUR pocket for out-of-state online purchases despite myriad conservative reasons not to do so.

“I see a few problems with the Marketplace Fairness Act,” writes Assemblyman Wes Duncan (R-Las Vegas), who was excused from the final vote but confirmed to me he would have been a “No” on the floor, just as he was in committee.
“First, it empowers states and localities to impose sales taxes on entities they arguably have no jurisdiction over which goes directly against the holding in Quill which requires retailers to have a physical presence in the taxing state. Second, this would be highly burdensome on smaller retailers who have to comply with thousands of taxing jurisdictions. Third, it discourages tax competition between states and allows them to reach across state lines.”
BAM

And Assemblyman Duncan only scratched the surface on why this is such a VERY BADidea.

Who Voted To Tax The Internet?  By DICK MORRIS
Published on DickMorris.com on May 7, 2013

Dear Friend,
Twenty-two Republicans sold us out yesterday and voted to tax sales on the Internet.  They mostly had signed no tax pledges which they broke when they cast their votes.
They say that there is no difference between an Internet tax and a sales tax in the store.  But they are wrong.  With 11,000 separate tax jurisdictions and rates in the US, taxing sales online is a huge burden on net firms.  And, government regulation, oversight, retaliation, and discipline will invade the Internet under the guise of collecting back taxes.
