Sen. Richard Burr, a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, said that the CIA has "flatly refused" to give some Benghazi-related documents to the committee, which is conducting an investigation of the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attacks on the State Department and CIA personnel and facilities in Benghazi, Libya.

I Endorse Mark Sanford for Congress
On June 23, 2009, I wrote a defense of Mark Sanford buying his story that he was on the Appalachian trail, when he was really chasing Argentinian tail.

The next day it blew up in my face. There was a scandal. He had committed adultery. He had run off to Argentina in an irresponsible act. I wrote at the time

What Mark Sanford did was wrong. He needs to go in a dark hole somewhere where no one can see him or hear him and rehabilitate himself. On the bright side, I doubt his indiscretions will affect the FisCon movement. The left is going to spend the next week making Sanford into the second coming of James Dobson to smear real marriage advocates and social conservatives — positions Sanford was rarely vocal on.

Sanford left the public stage after that and disappeared from the conversation. Over time stories percolated about him. He got engaged to his mistress following his divorce. He set about rebuilding his life.

Now he wants to run for Congress.

DANGER IN OUR SKY - WHAT ARE THEY SPRAYING ON US?

Only way around this is not to eat, drink or breathe.

Is the spraying for weather change or population reduction?

NEVADA - ASSEMBLYWOMAN MICHELE FIORE 02/14/2013 NEWSLETTER

Friends,

Happy Valentines Day!

It's hard to believe we're almost two weeks into the 77th Nevada Legislature, and we're already this busy!

I'm working hard on my 7 bills. They're still Bill Draft Requests (BDRs), and I hope to have the numbers soon so you can follow them through the legislative process. Anytime you want to watch a floor session or committee meeting live online, click here to see the schedule.

One of my bills, currently BDR 616, addresses the countless crimes where the punishment is jail time, a huge expense to taxpayers. I believe we need to make sure the punishment fits the crime, especially in the case of non-violent crimes and when there is no threat to public safety, and I was pleased to hear two speakers before Assembly Judiciary echo some of my concerns.

First, last Wednesday Ben Graham, Governmental Relations Advisor, Administrative Office of the Courts, in response to my question about when we changed our civil infractions on traffic violations to criminal, responded that to his knowledge they have always been criminal and that in his opinion the Legislature should consider making some minor criminal infractions civil.
