In my way of thinking - ANYONE (regardless of skin color or gender) that walks out on an
Interstate Highway at any time is intentionally committing suicide - and when they do this intending to block traffic - well, they may end up becoming the casualty instead. I have no sympathy for any of them as they KNEW what the chances were and they did it anyway. It is against the law, as I understand it, to be on foot on the Interstate. So the people hit were already breaking the law - intentionally.... and there are CONSEQUENCES when one breaks the law. In this case one of them lost her *non-binary* life.
