It was led by Scott Kessler who has led similar cleanup efforts in major cities like Baltimore, Maryland a few weeks ago, basically doing the job that the government should be doing with the millions of taxpayer dollars that they have taken from the public. Anyway, there are a lot of revelations in this interview that I was not aware of like how the Mexican Gang M-13 is very prevalant there and primarily targeting Black Homeless people and murdering them. Nothing never reported about this in the local news media.
