Noncitizen voting in NC is subject of a lawsuit

The following information is excerpted from the lawsuit recently filed by PILF against the NCC State Board of Elections. The lawsuit can be viewed here. Please bear in mind, these individuals have lawful permanent LEGAL status in the USA - they are not "illegal aliens."  It is much more difficult to catch illegal aliens who are now voting as though they are citizens.....because one corrupted political party wants it to remain that way.
