My latest Letter to the Editor of the Las Vegas Review Journal.
I am dismayed at the influx of people moving in to Las Vegas from Oregon, Washington State and California. Everyone of those people name higher taxes, over regulation or restrictive government as their reason for leaving their state and moving here.
In their next breath, in answer to their political leanings, all claim to be Liberal Democrats.

THE CASE AGAINST JUDGE KAVANAUGH IS COLLAPSING

If there isn't a HUGE OUTCRY and steps taken to prevent another circus like this one then America is too far gone to resuscitate. There must be SEVERE and SWIFT consequences for those who falsely charge a person - mostly for the political purpose that this particular case is all about. Lying is a CRIME in so many situations and subject to prison time (ie: Martha Stewart). In this case in spite of the OBVIOUS LIES and FRAUD by so many - it is ignored and no charges even mentioned against the liars and those who aide and abet the lies and the liars (the attorneys). If several instances there has been outright LIBEL and SLANDER - all promoted as *fact* by the Democrats and RINO's (Jeff The Flake AND Paul Ryan the LYIN'). If Kavanaugh isn't confirmed I see that he has a bunch of lawsuits to bring to at least financially repair some of the damage that has been and is being done to him and to his family - as well as to our *system* of handling confirmations in 'CON'gress. All this against Kavanaugh while the many Democrats aren't even mentioned in the Far left media much less hearings held to remove them from office for their assaults WHICH HAVE ACTUAL proof.

Multiple arrests need to be done and SEVERE punishment for all the lies, slander, defamation of character, aiding and abettting of criminal acts by the Lawyers - loss of law licenses- in addition to loss of all personal and corporate assets and prison time. If this isn't done then we shall see this same circus go on and on forever. Laws on the books that are not enforced are worthless. This is also another reason to limit who can contribute to any political campaign - said donations must be from those who the candidates actually represent - no one out of their district - no PAC's - no Bundling - each contribution must be on the PERSONAL level and be able to cast a vote for the candidate or issue.
