A bit of good news
for this Sunday morning
I received an email from Las Vegas City Councilman Bob Beers
late Saturday afternoon in which he reports that “the City Council passed a
resolution at my initiative, 4-3, to call on the Board of Health to name
Centennial Hills Hospital a Level III Trauma Center.”
That still leaves the other two hospitals in limbo - and the
Board of Health still has the power to over-rule the city council
recommendation on Centennial Hills - but we’ll take good news where we can find
it.
Folks should continue to contact the other board members.
