H.R. 3460 declares that Barack Obama has not complied with the provisions of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 (otherwise known as the Corker Betrayal) and SUSPENDS THE RELEASE OF SANCTIONS ON IRAN UNTIL JANUARY 21, 2017, WHEN A REAL PRESIDENT WILL HAVE TAKEN THE OATH OF OFFICE.

The French and UK are pretending they are going after ISIS, but as long
as they oppose Assad, they cannot be trusted. There is nothing to
suggest that they will not bomb the Syrian army, pretending that this
army is just as bad as ISIS. Isn't it funny how every group that has
boots on the ground fighting ISIS is portrayed in the West as an enemy?

House Republicans have standing to sue the Obama administration over yet another Obamacare provision, a federal court ruled Wednesday.
House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) filed a lawsuit last July contending that the White House had broken the law by giving insurance companies money that Congress hadn't authorized.
Many legal observers expected the lawsuit to fail on standing: that Congress wouldn't be able to show a way in which the Obama administration had harmed legislators, a prerequisite for a court challenge.
But in a surprise ruling, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia allowed the new challenge — which takes aim at a subset of the health law's insurance subsidies — to proceed.
"The constitutional trespass alleged in this case would inflict a concrete, particular harm upon the House for which it has standing to seek redress in this Court," United States District Judge Rosemary Collyer writes in the opinion.
