Soebarkah doesn't have a problem with Putin. And as long as Putin remains anti-American, he will have no reason to be worried about Soebarkah. From his behavior toward foe and friend alike, Soebarkah gives the impression that he does not believe the US has the right to stand up for its interests. Moreover, his actions from Israel to Eastern Europe to Egypt and Libya indicate that he believes there is something wrong with nations that support and believe in the US. Their pro-Americanism apparently makes them guilty of white guilt by association. So Iran, the Palestinians and Russia needn't worry. Upon
review of the lawsuit filed a week ago against our tax repeal referendum by
friends of Gov. Brian “America’s Worst
Governor” SandRINOval’s largest tax hike in Nevada history – including a
new gross receipts tax like the one 80 percent of voters rejected at the ballot
box last November – we’ll be filing a new referendum this week.
We’ll
still be targeting, word-for-word, the entire $1.4 billion tax hike enmeshed in
SB483 - which means the new referendum will also draw a lawsuit challenging it
as a violation of the “single subject rule.”
But
the lawsuit’s criticism that our Description of Effect – taken directly from
the bill itself - was confusing for the purpose of a referendum was a
legitimate point.
So
we’re gonna change it.

There’s a lot not to like about the Affordable Care Act – from the “if you like your plan you can keep it” lie, to rising premiums and deductibles, to the dysfunctional insurance exchanges collapsing all around the country, the law has been a great big mess from the start. But one of the most damaging features of the law has yet show its full effect. The high-cost plan tax, often referred to as the Cadillac Tax, is scheduled to hit employers in 2018, and it’s already affecting calculations as businesses plan for the future.
The Cadillac Tax is a 40 percent tax on health benefits provided by employers exceeding a certain value. For 2018, that value is set at $10,200, and it will increase in subsequent years along with the rate of inflation. The tax doesn’t apply to the whole benefit, but only the amount exceeding the threshold. Read more here...
