STOP OBAMA'S DUPLICITY! DEMAND A NO TO TPP!
MISGUIDED PROGRESSIVE LIBERAL DESTRUCTION OF THE SCHOOL SYSTEMS
Schools Are Acting Unlawfully

There are school districts instructing Principles to cease disciplining Black students for any infraction of rules.
Cursing, physically striking a teacher or another student, shouting out so as to disrupt classes, tardiness and a myriad of other infractions are to be allowed with no punishment ensuing.
This is about the most destructive and politically damnable act one could ever imagine!
What is being promulgated is the creation of students that have on responsibility for any actions they may take with the resulting disdain for authority.
What is being promoted by the groups telling our School Districts to cease disciplining Black students for their wrongful actions is the same as saying, "hit someone of authority, lie, cheat, steal or do anything you want as we will look the other way."
This is not only alarming, but is something that must not be allowed!
This is Progressive Liberalism at it's worse!

Is it a lavatory or a laboratory for social change? Depends on who
you ask. Under the Obama administration, what happens in the bathroom is
an issue for the boardroom, thanks to the Department of Labor. In an
announcement this week, the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) is warning the country that it's "taking on" the
issue of transgender politics -- and expects the business community to
as well.Big Brother has already been a big nuisance, piling on regulation after regulation under ObamaCare, the EPA, IRS, and now OSHA. Its latest intrusion is a memo demanding that the W.C. become P.C. by allowing workers in offices across America to use the restroom of their choosing. "Restricting employees to using only restrooms that are not consistent with their gender identity, or segregating them from other workers by requiring them to use gender-neutral or other specific restrooms, singles those employees out and may make them fear for their physical safety." |

1. Passing the USA Freedom Act: A Difficult First Act in the Great Surveillance Debate - by Josh Withrow
After sometimes-dramatic and often-tense several weeks, the USA Freedom Act finally passed the Senate. The act’s passage brings the government’s telephone data surveillance program under Section 215 of the USA Patriot Act back from its brief retirement, but with reforms that stop its worst abuses. Although the USA Freedom Act was certainly not the level of reform that many had hoped for, it passage nevertheless sent a clear signal that the days of Congress simply rubber-stamping endless surveillance programs are over.
Even this modest reform would likely have stood little chance of passing if Senator Paul had not drawn out the debate as long as he did, leaving the defenders of the NSA’s dragnet spy programs with little choice but to accept the USA Freedom Act or nothing. Just as importantly, the much larger community of reformers in the House, led by Reps. Justin Amash and Thomas Massie, made it clear that an even more watered-down version of USA Freedom would have difficulty passing the House. Read more here...
