Walton reopened a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.  The lawsuit had sought documents about an advertisement intended to air in Pakistan entitled "A Message from the President of the United States Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton."

As I previously wrote, increasing challenges to Barack Obama's claim of having provided proof of his Presidential eligibility forced him to search for other ways to stifle resistence to his claim. Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie said he personally knew the Obama family, was certain of his eligibility and would prove it by personally going to the Health Dept. and obtaining a valid birth certificate copy. Shortly after, he publically admitted that the only thing found in the Health Dept.files was a piece of paper scribbled with some names, including a "Barack Obama".No actual birth certificate, not even a "Certification of Live Birth" (hereafter COLB), which, Obama had claimed,matched a Daily Kos website posting. How could the Daily Kos post a copy of a document which the Health Dept. could not find for the Governor? Answer:by using a fraudulent COLB.In 2008, the Daily Kos unveiled this fraudulent document, a limited,inadmissable document for confirming presidential eligibility, Obama, a former Constitutional teacher, knew its limitations yet cited it as proof of his eligibility. In so doing, he opened the door to challenges against its legitimacy by experts who overwhelmingly declared it fraudulent.. Even if an identical Health Dept.copy was located that would simply show that both were fraudulent, ineligible documents.Two wrongs do not equal a right.

(Chuck Muth, president, Citizen Outreach) - AB148 is “Amanda’s Law” – a bill sponsored by conservative Assemblywoman Michele Fiore that would extend our God-given Second Amendment right of self-defense to Nevada’s college and university campuses.

SB175 is an omnibus gun bill sponsored by Sen. Michael Roberson that, as the National Rifle Association explains, “would improve concealed carry recognition and revises self-defense laws.  Most importantly, this legislation would greatly improve Nevada’s preemption law and abolish handgun registration in Clark County.”

Both bills are damned good gun bills and *should* easily pass in both GOP-controlled houses of the Legislature.

Indeed, SB175 has already passed in the Senate and AB148 has already passed in the Assembly.
