Please remember the courts now in America use Admiralty Law or Maritime law which is the law of the Sea where you are Guilty until proven innocent. (The judge is the King not the Constitution) Instead of the Constitutional Common Law, law of the land, where you are innocent until proven guilty.. One can not lean on the Constitution once in their Courts.. These satanic forces preach on how we are innocent until proven guilty, however the facts do no bear this out once one is in court or going through the "pre-court or discovery process" ... The burden of proof used to be on the state to prove your guilt.. Now it is up to you to prove your innocence to the State.... Every practicing Lawyer knows this........ Wow unto you Lawyers.. Its all in the fruits my friends. They have very cleverly usurped the Constitution and we are now once again fighting for our "true Constitutional God Given rights" Very subtle are they .. This report is kinda nasty, despite the cheering on CNBC and elsewhere. Total nonfarm payroll employment rose by 252,000 in December, and the unemployment rate declined to 5.6 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Job gains occurred in professional and business services, construction, food services and drinking places, health care, and manufacturing.Sure it did….. Well, if you believe the cooked numbers that is. But the internals look pretty nasty; let’s start with the ones that are being talked about. Average hourly earnings fell. Not by a lot, and average hours remained stable at 34.6 (which is far more important than hourly earnings, incidentally.) But — this is from the establishment survey and is seasonally-adjusted (that is, made-up.) The household survey tells a different story entirely. |
