Fathers weren't born in America. The ceremony for 50 new U.S. citizens

was held at the National Archives in Washington, D.C.

She said during her speech, referring to the Declaration of

Independence, "It's amazing that just a few feet from here where I'm

standing are the signatures of the 56 Founders who put their names on

a Declaration that changed the course of history, and like the 50 of

Reuters) - Islamic State fighters launched a renewed assault on the Syrian city of Kobani on Wednesday night, and at least 21 people were killed in riots in neighboring Turkey where Kurds rose up against the government for doing nothing to protect their kin.

It was ten years ago that I testified, for my first and only time, before a government legislative body – the United States Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution. It was surreal.

Up on the dais, on my side of the issue, were some of the most liberal elected officials in all the land, including the late Sen. Ted Kennedy, then-Sen. Joe Biden, Sen. Diane Feinstein, Sen. Chuck Schumer and Sen. Russ Feingold. The issue was gay marriage. I was arguing against the proposed Federal Marriage Amendment.

The radical activist group ACORN “works” for the Democratic Party and deliberately promotes election fraud, ACORN employees told FBI investigators, according to an FBI document dump Wednesday.

The documents obtained by Judicial Watch, a watchdog group, are FBI investigators’ reports related to the 2007 investigation and arrest of eight St. Louis, Mo., workers from ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate for violation of election laws. All eight employees involved in the scandal later pleaded guilty to voter registration fraud.

Those of us who have owned, raised, trained and befriended dogs all of our lives knew or suspected this already. I have often said to my Wife and Sons that our dogs are incredibly under-challenged, and are at least as smart as 2-3 year old Children. This 60 Minutes segment is a pleasant confirmation of sorts, and it ends [at least for us] once and for all, the debates about those wretched felines "competitors" ... the non-human kind that is... :-) A Dog is a: Friend, Companion, Guardian, C0-Worker, Soldier-dog, Police-dog, Comfort-dog, Therapy-dog, Herd-dog, Hunting-dog, Search-dog, etc. So train and challenge your pooch ... and for the love of God, take him/her off of the chain and limit their crate time! It crushes their spirit.

Remember, starting in 2009, the Obama Administration systematically began replacing indecent inspectors general with partisan appointees. It appears the administration is now using them.
