UKRAINE EVENT IS THE WORSE THREAT THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE!

hesitate to forward articles by Paul Craig Roberts (see below) because someone
pointed out to me that he has taken a pro-Palestine stance, which I disagree
with on principle. Further, he sometimes sounds like a libertarian.
However,
intellectually, he stands head and shoulders over most commentators on this
subject. Not to imply that everything he says is true. After all, the boots on
the ground messages we are receiving suggest that there are more anti-Russian
Ukrainians than are being reported. There is now more anti-Putin sentiment even
in Russia than just before the Crimean invasion. Roberts does not mention these
things.

In the clash between football analyst Craig James and Fox Sports Southwest, score one for religious liberty! The former star and broadcaster, who was fired for his mainstream views on marriage after a single day on the job, is handing off to the Texas Workforce Commission. Yesterday, Craig's attorneys at Liberty Institute delivered the good news that the Commission is not only launching an investigation of the network -- but issued a formal charge of discrimination.For the former running back, last September's controversy was a "sucker punch." "For someone to call you and offer you a job, praise your talents, your credentials, put you on the air the next day and fire you the following day -- that's like some kind of mean joke." As you might remember, Craig was sacked by the network because the company had concerns about pro-marriage comments he'd made during his Senate campaign 18 months before. Despite the fact that Craig never uttered a peep about his views from the sports desk, Fox executives felt compelled to give him the boot.

The ever-decreasing number of abortion clinics continues its decline
with the announcement of the closing of abortion clinics in Texas,
Florida, and California.
Whole Women’s Health announced this week that its surgical abortion clinics in McAllen and Beaumont have permanently closed due to the new law passed last year that requires abortion facilities to meet minimum safety requirements, including hiring only abortionists that maintain local hospital privileges. The McAllen location had “temporarily” closed in January.

Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has officially hit the panic button.
Despite telling the media for months that he's way ahead in the Republican primary race against conservative Matt Bevin (R-KY), Mitch McConnell is now lashing out with desperate attacks.
It started earlier this week with a deceptive campaign mailer that was designed to trick voters and to smear Matt Bevin. Here's how United Kentucky Tea Party described it:
"This past week the McConnell campaign sent thousands of mailers to Kentucky residents marked “Fraud Alert” without any identification as to who had sent the mailers. Kentuckians, concerned that their identities or credit card information may have been stolen, opened the mailers only to find that it was a political mailing from the McConnell campaign containing the same old mudslinging accusations that Senator McConnell has been trying to push for months now."
