statement appeared aimed at drawing Washington and NATO forces into a
wider fight against the Islamic State group and its supporters in the

I believe that almost all of the pathologies that are
destroying western civilization, and with it our peoples' hope for the future for
freedom and progress, can be laid at the foot of the 1960s. The collapse of
marriage, a birthrate that that has fallen below replacement levels, but with a
drastic rise in non-marital births with the accompanying poverty and other
ills, the widespread drug abuse that destroys families and kills the
self-indulgent people "doing their own thing," the decline in civic
participation, the decline in church attendance and the belief in God, the
extended adolescence many people never grow out of, the cynical view of
patriotism that makes it hard for the West to stand against wild-eyed fanatics,
and the general moral relativism all flowered in the 1960s--a criminal decade
that has assassinated our culture. And progressive intellectuals were its
accomplices. Their grandkids will live like savages--and loath them.
You can support Israel or you can support Democrats

Last week, in Parsha Re'eh, God set a blessing and a curse before the Israelites. The blessing would come when they
obeyed God's commandments and the curse if they forsook them. This week’s Torah reading, called Judges (Shoftim in Hebrew),
discusses the issue of justice according to a Biblical perspective. Nevertheless, Yeshua warned us that just as we give out
judgment toward others, so will we be judged ourselves. If we judge others harshly, expecting absolute perfection, being
impossible to please, this will return back on our own heads. However if we judge righteously but balanced with mercy,
then we will also receive mercy and grace in our time of need.

abortion clinics and cutting abortions 13 percent, saving an estimated

I recently returned from Israel on a solidarity mission. It was not my first such mission, and it won't be my last.
Through these trips I've learned one thing if nothing else: Barack Obama is a miserable failure ... at home and abroad.
For too long we've entrusted career politicians like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Gavin Newsom with elected office.
Well, I'm not a career politician. But I am determined to put it all on the line to challenge the failed liberal status quo in California.
