Conservative Groups Pitching in for Lonegan victory!

As polls show the Special Election for U.S. Senate in New Jersey has tightened to single digits, national conservative groups have spent the past several days getting involved in this election to help our Conservative Republican candidate Steve Lonegan offset new TV ad blitz from liberals supporting the Democrat candidate, Cory Booker.
The Wall Street Journal detailed the new support from the American Commitment Action Fund and Freedom Defense Fund joining with the Conservative Campaign Committee in supporting Lonegan with TV ads, phone calls and Internet ads:

We have all known that Harry Reid's time as Senate Majority Leader needs to end if we are going to have any chance of getting our country headed in the right direction.  He does not represent or care for the majority of Americans, just the liberal left.  He prefers harshly attacking those who disagree with him in order to score political points rather than trying to find solutions to our nation's problems.  Front and center, he is determined to shove Obamacare down our throats.   

He blames the House Republicans for the government shutdown and calls them nasty names even though it is his Senate that continues to table bills to fund the government.  He refuses to negotiate or even talk to Republicans.

Shutdown Preys upon Chaplains

Service members regularly tell me that one of the biggest challenges facing them today are the restrictions on religious expression that have become widespread in the military. Just today I was speaking with a family member of a military officer who said the officer has to be very careful that none of their emails include any reference to God or Jesus Christ for fear of reprimand. You'll recall last month, the U.S. Air Force threatened Master Sgt. Philip Monk with court martial after he refused his lesbian commanders' demand that he endorse same-sex "marriage." Dozens of such religious liberty infringements are documented in FRC's new report A Clear and Present Danger: The Threat to Religious Liberty in the Military.
This growing religious hostility has become especially problematic for military chaplains who are tasked with providing spiritual leadership for the troops. In the last three years, chaplains have reported the censorship of their public prayers, an essay and even sermons. On Friday, we learned that some chaplains had been threatened with arrest. The Archdiocese for the Military Services reported that dozens of Catholic chaplains were furloughed due to the government shutdown. Both Fox News and CNS News reported that at least one chaplain was told "that if he engaged in any ministry activity, he would be subjected to disciplinary action" which could include arrest.

I asked Zen Garcia to send me a copy of his latest “Sons of God” after hearing him on the TribNow show.  I’ve had it about
a couple weeks now and I’m about 1/2 way through 337 pages.  Jonathan is sending the finished version to the Vatican and
calling out the Serpent King of the false leader of the “religious” – Catholicism. I imagine that when this happens he will
receive the dire consequences of disappearing and the holy crown of Martyrdom for blasphemy against the Roman Catholic Repitiles. 
If we are going to die for our faith in Creator Father Yauhuah and Yaushuah, Jonathan is about to set the example of things to come
for our faith in the triune “Godhead”.  This vid set has to go viral and be kept in safe storage for those who may be able to repent
and lose their head for His glory.  There is a good chance these vids will set it all off once the Vatican receives their free gift.

After a week of the Democrat government “shutdown”, it’s enlightening to look at some of the things the Obama administration has been doing since their partial government “shut down”. The administration didn’t think that a partial government shutdown would cause enough pain, so they’ve gone on the attack against private citizens and businesses.

 

Their actions have made it very clear why the Democrats wanted to force this “crisis” on the nation, despite the best efforts of Republicans to make sure that the government was fully funded by the October 1 deadline. The goal has been to inflict maximum pain on Americans, and then blame Republicans for the pain. Here are a few examples of Obama’s childish actions since the Senate Democrats have refused to pass a spending bill:

 

·       In North Carolina, despite public claims that it is interested in creating jobs in America, the Obama administration has directed the closure of private businesses along the Blue Ridge Parkway, including the Pisgah Inn, which employs 100 people. When owner Bruce O’Connell defied the order to close his business, park service patrol cars were dispatched to enforce the closure.

HECK: REID’S “LEADERSHIP” IS REASON FOR SHUTDOWN

Over the past three years I have served the men, women, and families of Nevada’s 3rd District in Congress with one goal in mind: working on solutions that improve the lives of southern Nevadans. At times it has been difficult to find a path through the partisan gridlock that grips Washington, but I’m proud of the successes we’ve had along the way.

Today our government is partially shut down, and with partisan activists on both sides trying to assign blame, I wanted you to hear, directly from me, why this has happened.

This stalemate is about more than just funding Obamacare. It is about the refusal of Senate Democrats under the “leadership” of Harry Reid to engage in the legislative process. I have joined my colleagues in the House four times during the last week to pass bills that keep the federal government open. Still, the Senate refuses to act.

I voted for a bill that eliminates healthcare subsidies for Members of Congress, which was promptly squashed in the Senate. In fact, I have voted for every bill that has come up for a vote in the House which funds the government and I have never voted to shut down the government.

       I hate zombie movies, which remind me too much of politics in the age of Obama. And yet, like zombies themselves, they are almost impossible to avoid.

       In the last three years, Hollywood and Indies have inflicted on us over 50 walking-dead films, including – "World War Z," "Warm Bodies," "Apocalypse Z," "Night of the Living Dead Origins," "Resident Evil 5," "Army of the Dead," "DeadHeads," "28 Months Later," and "Zombieland." Going back a bit further, there was "I Am Legend," a remake of "The Omega Man," itself a remake of "The Last Man on Earth."

       Horror-movie genres seem to come in waves – vampires, werewolves, witches and zombies. The first three I get. Vampires have superhuman strength. They're hypnotic, sexy or scary, menacing or moody, and sympathetic or sinister. Werewolves represent raw, brute force – able to disembowel victims with a single slash of their saber-like claws, but otherwise normal human beings absent a full moon. Witches are good or bad – Glinda or Hillary.
