Harry Reid Backstabs Unions

No one has been more loyal to the democrats than the unions, but now Harry Reid is basically telling them, “Tough crap, amigos.”  Appearing on a Nevada Public Radio, Reid blew off the unions complaints about Obamacare with a casual:
“You can’t just keep running to the doctor with no deductible.”
Imagine how the unions, who dropped the better part of a billion dollars on Obama and the democrats, in 2008 and 2012 alone, must feel.  Many of the trade unions, who move from project to project, such as carpenters, pipefitters, and drywallers, can no longer demand that the various companies cover their healthcare costs between them and they will likely end up in the same exchanges they fought for everyone else to get.  The irony is sweet.
Not only that but union members who get to keep their benefits will end up paying a Cadillac tax because their coverage is too good.  Unions for their part can lose the lucrative healthcare fund they administer.
Other unions are none too happy with the democrats either.  The union that covers ICE and Border agents has taken Obama to court over their inability to enforce US law, putting them at odds with the oath they took when they joined.  And the unions representing the construction workers, who do pipeline work, are livid over the denial of approval to build the Keystone Pipeline.

Excerpt: The U.S. health care system suffers from three structural flaws. First, it artificially inflates health insurance premiums for the healthy in an attempt to lower premiums for the sick. This encourages healthy individuals to reduce their insurance coverage or even exit the market entirely, driving up costs for everyone. Mandates to purchase insurance and penalties for lack of insurance can serve as cosmetic solutions, but they cannot erase this fundamental problem. Second, by relying heavily on open-ended fee-for-service public insurance, the present system rewards costlier high-volume care rather than higher-quality care. Third, the poor are funneled into a Medicaid system with reimbursement levels well below those of private payers. This relegates the most vulnerable groups in America to a separate and unequal health care system with more limited access and worse outcomes, say Tomas J. Philipson, a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, and his coauthors. Philipson and his coauthors propose an approach to health insurance reform that promotes high quality, fiscally sustainable health care for all. Their solution is a departure from both the current system and the Affordable Care Act reforms that begin in 2014. The approach reorganizes U.S. health insurance around four principles:

During the pilot transition program with the KV-107 and C-130 with Lockheed, we found that most Saudi pilot trainees had very limited night vision, even on the brightest of moon lit nights. Their training retention rate was minimal including maintenance personnel.

Conservative political ideologue Chuck Muth of Las Vegas is no fan of state Senate Minority Leader Michael Roberson, R-Las Vegas, who seems to have changed philosophically from a right-wing conservative in the 2011 legislative session to a moderate Republican who now thinks more like Brian Sandoval than Rand Paul.

Muth has taken to calling Roberson “Moderate Mike,” a term that some people used to tease Roberson with during the session that ended in June. But Muth, whose persuasive powers over legislative Republicans have declined in the Sandoval era, now has a new name for Moderate Mike. He has made Roberson his “Rathead in a Coke Bottle” award winner.

I have yet to meet a Physician that will sign this form now downloaded by hundreds of parents. The reason they won’t sign is two-fold: First, they do not want to place themselves in a vulnerable position of being negligent by not providing informed consent; and second, many of them realize after their own extensive research that the risks are not worth the benefits when it comes to vaccination.

It’s been over a year since hundreds of parents have downloaded this form and there are still no reports of any signatures. Many physicians won’t even look at the form while they dismiss a parent’s anti-vaccination stance as ridiculous. The behavior is a clear indication of a very misinformed Physician who does not have his or her patient’s best interests at heart. They are not willing to inform their patients of the risks, only the benefits they feel are acceptable. They are not open-minded to any other side of the debate except their own biased view passed down through the medical system.

Then are those Physicians who have questioned the vaccination schedules and will pursue their own research. Many of them are now awakening themselves thanks to ongoing research and pressure from parents and even other colleagues to look at other perspectives besides their own indoctrination. If you are pressured by any Physician to vaccinate, please download and print this form (and send us a Physician signed copy if possible). Assertively state to your Doctor that it is the only way you will fully informed to consider vaccination, and that an analyses of the risks and benefits will better allow you evaluate the decision.

Black Senator Blasts Harry Reid for Calling GOP Racists

Tim Scott has had enough of Harry Reid’s divisive tactics and he decided to sound off on the majority leader’s recent comments concerning the motivation behind Republican opposition to Barack Obama. For those who may have missed those comments, Reid strongly implied that Republicans are racists.  The Daily Caller Reports:

South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, a Republican, called on the Nevada Democrat to apologize after saying during a radio interview on Friday that he hopes Republican opposition to Obama is “based on substance and not the fact that he’s African-American.”
“I am sincerely disappointed by continued attempts to divide the American people by playing to the lowest common denominator,” Scott said.

DEMAND THAT CONGRESS GET US OUT FROM UNDER OBAMACARE

UPDATE: The Fix Is In. After Meeting Behind Closed Doors With Barack Obama To Grant Themselves ILLEGAL Waivers From Provisions Of ObamaCare, They're Stepping Up Their Efforts To Peddle The Lie That They Can't Defund It.

       Even inside-the-beltway pundits admit that ObamaCare waivers for Members of Congress are illegal. The Wall Street Journal reports: "This latest White House night at the improv is also ILLEGAL."  [Emphasis Ours]

       And the Washington Examiner reports that Barack Obama "was actively involved in the decision to grant this waiver" and that he met in "closed-door" sessions with Senators last week prior to making the decision.

       So... are they telling us that engaging in covert ILLEGAL acts is no big deal... but actually defunding this monster is impossible?

       Yes, that's the exact lie they're telling us and we need you to join us in sending them a message from the American people.... NO FUNDING FOR OBAMACARE... PERIOD.
