The U.S. government has demanded that major Internet companies divulge users' stored passwords, according to two industry sources familiar with these orders, which represent an escalation in surveillance techniques that has not previously been disclosed.
If the government is able to determine a person's password, which is typically stored in encrypted form, the credential could be used to log in to an account to peruse confidential correspondence or even impersonate the user. There’s been no end to judicial meddling and obstruction when it comes to pro-life legislation.
Well more than half of the popularly elected state legislatures have passed laws that in some way reaffirm parents’ right to be involved when their children are considering an abortion.
But activist judges have totally blocked nine such laws and thwarted most of the rest by creating enormous “judicial bypass” exceptions.
One of the most outrageous examples happened in Illinois, where judicial activists held up the enactment of a parental notification law for 18 years.
The federal Parental Notice of Abortion Act of 1995 will soon take effect, requiring that a parent or legal guardian be informed before their teenage daughters obtain an abortion.

Then there is another Catholic church that isn't new, but had to have its interior refurbished -- because it used to be a basketball court. I'm writing this in a modern hotel room with wi-fi and a beautiful pool below. It's brand new too. In fact, virtually everything in this entire country is brand new or refurbished. Including the people in a certain way. Everyone looks normal, acts normal, dresses normal, and drives normal - but it's all amazing, especially the driving. |

Scientists had struggled to find the trigger for so-called Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) that has wiped out an estimated 10 million beehives, worth $2 billion, over the past six years. Suspects have included pesticides, disease-bearing parasites and poor nutrition.
But in a first-of-its-kind study published today in the journal PLOS ONE, scientists at the University of Maryland and the US Department of Agriculture have indentified a witch's brew of pesticides and fungicides contaminating pollen that bees collect to feed their hives. The findings break new ground on why large numbers of bees are dying though they do not identify the specific cause of CCD, where an entire beehive dies at once.
