The Monroe County courthouse received several false phone calls reporting an imminent violent threat posed by LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III prior to an assignment hearing on April 20, 2010. Although Fitzpatrick was never charged with plotting a crime, Darren Wesley Huff was framed and is serving a four-year federal sentence for a crime “that never happened.”

(Mar. 17, 2013) — Four years ago today, on St. Patrick’s Day 2009, Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) filed a criminal complaint of treasonagainst Barack Hussein Obama after he allowed U.S. Army soldiers to deploy into Samson, AL to perform law enforcement duties in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, which the Army Inspector General confirmed several months later after completing its investigation.

The crime of treason against the United States is laid out in Article III, Section 3, clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution and was determined by the Framers to be punishable by death upon conviction.

The Post & Email can report that a group of Obama supporters at “The Fogbow” includes an attorney working in the White House by his own admission.

The group of “Fogbowers” participates in the Reality Check Radio Show every Tuesday and has produced over 100 shows since 2009. The show is normally hosted by “RC,” who believes that “the birthers are not grounded in reality.” While discussing politics in general, the shows normally focus on discrediting those claiming that Obama is either constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President or has achieved the office through identity fraud and possibly other crimes.

What if Catholic bishops aren’t bluffing?

Earlier this week, Francis Cardinal George of the archdiocese of Chicago sent a message to parishioners in Barack Obama’s home town that imposition of the HHS mandate to fund and facilitate contraception, abortifacients, and sterilization would force the Catholic Church to close its hospitals, clinics, schools, and all other organizations that would otherwise have to comply. “Two Lents from now,” Cardinal George warned, “unless something changes, the page [listing Catholic organizations] will be blank.” At the time, some commenters wrote that this has been Obama’s plan all along — to force religious charities out of business to make people more dependent on government. Others, including myself, figure that Obama just thinks the bishops are bluffing, and wants to engage in a high-stakes bout of brinksmanship to force them to kneel to secular authority over doctrine.

But how high are those stakes? In my column for The Fiscal Times today, I did a little research just on Catholic hospitals and their significance in American health care. As it turns out, this bet involved nearly $100 billion in annual costs and about one-seventh of all hospital beds in the US — and that’s not all:

Yes, pretty awful stuff, the EU literally confiscating the savings of individuals who have done no wrong to pay bankers in Cyprus who did plenty of wrong and dirty dealings.

But couldn't happen here, right?

Oh, but it DID happen here.

In 2008, Bush and Obama sat together and signed a bailout bill that forced YOU the taxpayer to pay for the sins of your biggest bankers. The signing was televised and millions saw it happen. 90% of phone calls to Congress begged and pleaded with lawmakers not to approve the bill, but who are we? Chopped liver, apparently. Democracy? Don't make me laugh.

It wasn't quite enough to bail out all the idiot bankers who invested in derivatives and other junk so, well, Bernanke was forced to make you pay again. What else is a billionaire to do? How did he do that you say?

By printing unbacked currency--in imitation of the Weimar Republic and Zimbabwe--which caused inflation and will cause more. But wait. He has agreed to support his pals in the banks to the tune of almost a trillion a year, which could eventually lead to hyperinflation, destroying your dollar.

Did he ask YOU if that was all right?

Tomorrow, Cyprus could vote to leave the euro. This is political dynamite

There are two ways to look at the hugely controversial bailout agreed for Cyprus in the early hours of Saturday morning, in which the small island nation – accounting for only 0.2 per cent of eurozone GDP but whose troubles will have an impact far beyond its size (including on some 25,000 Brits in Cyprus) – received a €10bn rescue package in return for a series of unusually harsh conditions. In a shock to everyone, including admittedly Open Europe, the deal included a “tax” on depositors: 6.75 per cent for anyone with less than €100,000 in a Cypriot bank account, 9.9 per cent for anyone with more than that.

The first way to look at the deal: lessons have been learned. Unlike in the case of Greece, Cypriot debt will come down to around 100 per cent of its GDP, following this deal. While not great, it’s not the type of maddening cocktail of continued austerity and increasing debt that Greece has been forced to swallow (the country’s debt is at 160 per cent of GDP this year). At least the combination of the deposit tax and privatisations in Cyprus will give the country some breathing space. And the alternative, letting Cyprus sink and leaving the euro, showing the world that the single currency is no longer "irreversible", would have been far worse.

According to court documents, Baldwin's daughter was made to work 50 hours a week after school until past midnight, during which she was exposed to Gosnell's systematic murder of newborn infants.

Baldwin herself routinely assisted in abortions by anesthetizing abortion clients.

It makes no difference whom the president is, or who is in Congress, because no matter who is leading us, one side or the other will say that those that are leading us are dividing us, or they will say that they are "filling the country with hatred". That is because we as a people are hopelessly divided. We are looking at two different realities through our own distorted prism. The real reality is, those that lead us reflect who we are as a people, but the difference is that those that lead us are bound together by the glue of power and money, while we fight each other over our differences rather than focusing our attention on the government that purposely divides us. While we are divided they play us like blind fools. This is hardly a recipe to hold our Constitutional Republic together.

     I don't understand. What is the definition of birther that made you become that way?

     My friend says it's a person that wants to see Mr. Obama's own Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate (the one they say he has locked up) and end all this meanness and hate once and for all.

    As we understand it, that's about ALL these "birthers" want to see. What's the big deal? It's the same thing that kids have to show to play Little Baseball, Pop Warner Football, or any other such activity. Or is that wrong? If that's what it is, then is the president less important?
